NeNe Leakes’ Boyfriend Files For Divorce After His Wife Sued The ‘RHOA’ Alum
Real Housewives of Atlanta alum NeNe Leakes’ boyfriend, Nyonisela Sioh, filed for divorce from his estranged wife, nearly a year after he started dating the reality TV diva.
Nyonisela Sioh is requesting the court to terminate his marriage to Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh, according to court documents filed in North Carolina.
Nyonisela Sioh, who is a businessman and men’s tailor, is asking the court to divide up their marital assets.
The former couple have been married since 2016 and have one child together. According to the fashion designer, the date of separation is September 19, 2021.
NeNe Leakes’ former husband, Gregg Leakes, passed away on September 1, 2021, following a battle with cancer. He was 66.
“Today the Leakes family is in deep pain with a broken heart. After a long battle with cancer, Gregg Leakes has passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by all of his children, very close loved ones and wife Nene Leakes,” the family said in a statement.
According to the divorce filing, Nyonisela Sioh and Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh have not shared the same residence since September 19, 2021. And they both agreed the relationship was irreconcilable upon separating.
Back in June 2022, Nyonisela’s wife sued NeNe for breaking up her marriage and causing her emotional distress.

In the state of North Carolina, you may sue an individual who has caused a married person to suffer the loss of affection of their spouse, so long as the marriage was peaceful and intact at the time of the affair. In layman’s terms, you may sue your spouse’s paramour.
The RHOA alum went Instagram-official with Nyonisela in December 2021. Since then, NeNe has shared snaps of the pair at dinners with friends, large events and even on vacation together. In January 2022, she shared a selfie of the two with the caption “The way you love on me & take care of me…grateful!”
It appears Nyonisela is building a timeline of his romance with NeNe to prove they didn’t start dating until after he left his marriage — not before unlike his soon-to-be ex-wife is claiming.
The lawsuit claims that NeNe Leakes was intimate with Nyonisela while he was still in a relationship with his current wife, and alleges NeNe ultimately broke up the marriage.
In the documents, Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh blames NeNe’s active social media presence — which featured many posts of her husband for causing her emotional distress, humiliation and even loss of affection for Nyonisela.
She’s seeking over $100,000 in damages for the downfall of her marriage, which is a legal reason to sue in the state of North Carolina.
The divorce petition comes months after NeNe’s boyfriend spoke out about his wife’s lawsuit.
