’90 Day’ Usman Will Lose U.S. Visa If He Marries A Second Wife

90 Day Fiance’s Usman Umar and Kim Menzies were shocked to find out Usman might not get his visa if he gets another wife!

During a sneak peek of 90 Day Fiance: : Happily Ever After?, Kim and Usman speak to Kim’s lawyer after Usman’s family approves of their engagement. Kim, 50, shares with her lawyer the great news, and she responds with, “Sounds like we are ready for the fiancé visa.” The TLC star goes on to read part of the agreement she signed with Usman’s family on the terms of their marriage. “Kim Menzies must allow Usman to marry a young lady in the future to enable them to have children,” she read. 

Sadly, the lawyer shocks Usman and Kim when she states that such an arrangement is “prohibited.” The lawyer informed the couple, “You would lose your green card if it were found that you were polygamous.” A disappointed Kim responds with, “If Usman can’t take a second wife, then I don’t think he will marry me.” Despite the new challenge facing the 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? couple, Kimberly told Entertainment Tonight earlier this month that she will still let Usman marry a second wife. “I love Usman enough to let this happen.”

Menzies continued, “I have learned that I have to pick my battles. I kind of stepped to the side when it comes to this subject a little bit, but we’ve talked and we have clarity on how it’s gonna be. We have a plan that’s for us.” Kim also said in the interview that she fully understands what it means to let Usman have multiple wives, and she would even want to be in his future kids’ lives. “I want to make that clear — I would never make another woman feel like ‘The Handmaid’s Tale,’ OK?”

“It’s not like that … I would totally be in the child’s life, totally. Even if it’s just, you know, my Christmas here or whatever. I am not raising it but I mean, I would be more supportive than how I’ve been in the past.” The TLC star did open up about how she deals with online hate because of her relationship with Usman. “I block all damn day, but like, my self-worth is really important to me right now at this moment. At 52, I am beautiful. I look amazing. I probably look the best I have ever looked, right? And Usman gives me that, too.”
