Garcelle Beauvais Says Goodbye To ‘RHOBH’ Amid Casting Rumors
Garcelle Beauvais is taking a break from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, after a nightmare Season 12 both on and off screen filled with vicious attacks and bullying.
“Guys it’s been a hell of a season #rhobh i’m taking a mental break from it! When there’s something important to talk about I’ll talk about it.” The 55-year-old tweeted on November 2.
Many fans rallied behind Garcelle Beauvais‘ decision to step away from the toxic show.
One fan commented, “You have a huge fan base that loves you that continue to speak up positively on your behalf. So many seen what has happened and continue to speak up for you and Sutton. You deserve a breather!”
Another responded, “You DESERVE a break. Thank u for sharing your life with us.”
Someone else wrote, “Take care of yourself and Jax and Jace.”
A fourth person replied, “Do what’s best for you. Lots of us are behind ya and send so much love your way.”

On August 22, Garcelle Beauvais‘ 14-year-old posted on his Instagram a series of racist comments he was receiving, begging people to leave him alone.
“im a f***ing 14 year old leave me alone,” he wrote.
Garcelle took to Instagram to express her heartbreak. “I’m usually a very strong woman I’ve been raised to be strong my life has taught me to be strong but when it comes to my kids! It hurts it’s not OK I’ve been in tears all night it’s just a TV show people scream at your TV throw something at your TV but leave our kids alone #RHOBH.”
The attack was so bad that Bravo was forced to issue a statement.
“We are shocked and appalled at the social comments directed at Garcelle’s son,” Bravo’s statement, which was posted on Instagram, reads. “We urge our viewers and social followers alike to refrain from targeting our cast and their families with harmful rhetoric.”
Andy Cohen apologized to Garcelle after fans called him out for favoritism during the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion. Andy apologized for not centering her feelings in the season 12 reunion. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast formed a group chat without Garcelle.
“I need to really sincerely apologize not only for diverting the topic but for not returning — even worse — to the serious conversation that was at hand,” he said on October 24 on his Sirius XM show according to Page Six. “I have deep admiration for Garcelle.”
He aded that the two “had a really good, productive conversation last Thursday” about how he was dismissive of her.
“I should have been more in tune with her feelings,” the Bravo host said. “I just wanted to say that because I’ve been logging in and I get it.”
As reported, production on Season 13 of the Bravo reality series has been pushed back to January 2023, amid intense fan backlash.
