Diana Jenkins Files Lawsuit Against Blogger Enty Lawyer For Defamation
Diana Jenkins has filed suit against an anonymous blogger after he accused her of sex trafficking and having ties to Jeffrey Epstein.
According to court documents obtained by All About The Tea, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star will soon unmask “prolific anonymous blogger,” known as Enty Lawyer.
Enty Lawyer operates a blog named, Crazy Days & Nights. The site launched in 2006 and post blind items and celebrity gossip.
The anonymous blogger’s Twitter profile describes him as, “A 300 pound entertainment lawyer who has been married six times, lives in his parent’s basement and has an obsession with digging up celebrity dirt.”
Diana Jenkins, 49, does not know the identity of Enty Lawyer so she is suing him under the pseudonym he uses on the blog and his social media accounts. The suit will updated to reflect his true identity once confirmed, the lawsuit states.
According to the lawsuit filed on November 3, the Enty Lawyer used his website, podcast and social media accounts to publicize lies that Diana Jenkins ran an international sex trafficking and prostitution ring, falsely accusing her of crimes in a smear campaign driven by his pursuit of online clout and financial gain.
“Ms. Jenkins will no longer play the role of villain in the false and outrageous story Enty Lawyer has been publishing for his own financial gain since 2012,” the lawsuit contends. “It is time for the story to be set straight and for the credits to roll on Enty Lawyer’s Hollywood lie.”
The suit describes how Enty Lawyer tweeted a link to a story about Ms. Jenkins alongside a photo showing Donald Trump, Jeffrey Epstein, and Belgian model Ingrid Seynhaeve, who he falsely identified as Ms. Jenkins.
Allegedly the now-deleted tweet accused Diana of being associated with “celebrity prostitution,” and stated that she “spent a LOT of time with Jeffrey Epstein,” infamous convicted sex trafficker and child rapist.
Additionally, the lawsuit claims Enty Lawyer falsely stated that Diana moved her partner, Asher Monroe, “into her house” and was “sleeping with him beginning when he was 16,” thereby falsely accusing her of statutory rape. Diana did not meet Mr. Monroe until he was in his 20s, the lawsuit said.
Diana Jenkins’ has hired attorney, J. Erik Connolly, to handle her case. He is a partner with Chicago law firm Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP, a high-profile defamation lawyer who represented a beef producer in the $6 billion “pink slime” defamation case against ABC News. He is currently representing a voting technology company in multi-billion-dollar defamation lawsuits against Fox News and others over their reporting of the 2020 presidential election.
“There was not a shred of credible evidence to support his allegations about Ms. Jenkins, but Enty Lawyer published them nonetheless,” Mr. Connolly asserts. “Ms. Jenkins did nothing to deserve these attacks on her reputation. Being in the public eye, being on TV, did not give Enty Lawyer the right to defame Ms. Jenkins.”
“The role Enty Lawyer made for Ms. Jenkins is pure fiction,” the lawsuit states. “Her real story, while fascinating, is much more benign. She escaped Bosnia as a refugee, leaving her family behind and starting over in London. She supported herself by working multiple jobs, graduating with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and business.”
