‘Love During Lockup’ Rapper Montana Millz Marries Justine From Behind BARS!
Michael “Montana Millz” Persaud and Justine tied the knot while he was still behind bars!
During the Season 2 premiere of Love During Lockup, Justine shares that she plans on marrying Montana while he is still in jail. Millz made headlines in 2016 after he was arrested for a laundry list of drug charges, including selling fentanyl and heroin. Another scene in the Love During Lockup trailer showed Justine celebrating with her wedding dress on but didn’t reveal much about if she went through with the wedding. According to the marriage records obtained by Starcasm, Montana and Justine did tie the knot on August 5, 2022.
Reverend Deborah Kalinowski officiated Justine and Millz’s marriage. During the show, Justine revealed that she had been married before and got a divorce in August 2020. The marriage records show that Justine only completed two years of college while Millz has his GED. The documents also showed that Justine doesn’t know what her father’s occupation is. Michael’s mother was born in the Dominican Republic while he and his father were born in the Bronx. Weeks after the two got married in August, Justine was released from prison on parole.
According to the Pennsylvania prison records, Michael was released on October 7. He is currently on parole and under supervised custody. The Love During Lockup star has already started posting on social media after his release from prison. The rapper posted a pair of Montana Millz sneakers to his page and captioned it, “Limited time only $250.00 hit the D.M for the info on how to purchase a pair. Also TUNE in tonight @9pm on WETV for the premiere of Love During Lockup #AllhailMillz.” This season will probably take viewers through Millz’s wedding, release, and how life is for the couple now that he isn’t incarcerated anymore.
Even though this is Michael’s first marriage, during his court proceedings when he was sentenced, another woman named Tiffany was referred to as his wife. However, court filings clarified that she was just his girlfriend stating, “In several instances, Persaud used other individuals to assist in the delivery of the drugs. In at least two such instances, Persaud was driven by his girlfriend and mother of three of his children to deliver fentanyl to the undercover detective.” It is unclear if Tiffany will be featured in this season of Love During Lockup but she and Millz have children together so she might show up briefly.
