‘Sister Wives’ Fans Don’t Believe that Kody Will Give Truely Her Own Room in Robyn’s Home!

Former Sister Wives couple, Kody Brown and Christine Brown, parted ways last year — and the TLC show is currently airing the unfolding separation and family fallout that followed the bombshell decision. Kody and Christine were recently featured discussing the custody plan for their daughter, Truely, after Christine broke the news that she and her daughter would be starting a new life in Utah. While Christine expressed happiness over Truely having potential quality time with her father, she added one caveat—that Truely be allowed her own room in the home of Kody’s only legal wife, Robyn Brown. 

Christine pointed out that she wanted Kody involved in the lives of her children, during their aired exchange. 

The TLC mom said—“Does he not understand I want him around his kids? I’m not gonna fight him on that, I’ve always wanted him to be around his kids. So why would I say, ‘I don’t want you to be around Truely‘? That doesn’t make any sense whatsoever.”

Christine speculated that Kody did not trust her—which Kody confirmed in his own personal interview. 

“No, I don’t trust her. How am I supposed to trust her? What’s the next move she’s gonna make against me?” he asked.

Fans were soon swapping opinions about the odds of Truely actually landing her own room in Robyn’s home. Kody and his fourth wife live in a large house with their five children, two biological and three from Robyn’s previous marriage.  

Some viewers believed that Kody tried to dodge the fact that he actually lives in only one home—Robyn’s—during the custody conversation.

One user tweeted—“Hilarious watching Kody try to think on his feet. He starts saying he was planning on setting up a room for Truely in ‘one of the houses,’ then admits there’s actually only one house (Robyn’s obv). He’s still trying to pretend he doesn’t only live at her house.”

Another asked—“Yeah. Who is putting down money on the existence of this room for Truely at Robyn‘s house?”

One fan pointed out—“Every time Christine mentions truley having her own room at robins, kody gets real quiet. He knows there’s no room for her.”

A viewer chimed in—“Kody immediately started hemming and hawing about setting up a room for Truely at Robyn’s. I think he realized he actually doesn’t want her to see how different he is at Robyn’s  house compared to Christine’s. He  knows the kids are right about him.” 

Another wrote—“I guarantee Truly won’t be getting her own room at Robyn‘s house. She’ll be the basement daughter like how Christine was the basement wife.” 

A fan tweeted—“Kody wants 50/50 custody of Truely but doesn’t know how old she is and doesn’t have a place for her in Robyn‘s house. I would love to be in the courtroom for that custody hearing.”

Another person wrote—“Christine, the room Truely will get is either the attic or the basement (whichever Robyn‘s house has). But she can only go to her room once all the chores are done. Until Robyn or one of her kids need something.”
