Kyle Richards Denies Orchestrating A Kathy Hilton ‘Setup’
Kyle Richards claims she has no knowledge of a plot to take down her sister, Kathy Hilton, on season 12 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

“I’ve never been told by anybody ever to set anybody up, so I’m not sure where that came from,” she told Insider in an interview.
Kathy Hilton accused Erika Jayne and Lisa Rinna of carrying out a mission to defame her character. In early October, the socialite told a TMZ reporter that “everybody knows” about the plot.
“I had people from the show telling me that this was a setup the whole time by these two girls,” she continued. “I didn’t have that conversation. I don’t know. I can’t speak for them,” said Richards.
While Kyle Richards did not point any fingers, she did confirm that her co-stars have been accused of setting up others.
“Through these 12 years of being on the show, many people have said they were set up, they felt set up or they were told they’re set up,” Kyle told the outlet.
Lisa Rinna accused Kathy Hilton of suffering a psychotic break during a cast trip to Aspen. Rinna claims the event was so traumatic, that she experienced PTSD.

“I think that a lot of people made mistakes throughout this whole thing and Kathy admitted to making mistakes,” Kyle told Insider.

At the reunion, Erika Jayne, accused Kathy of using a gay slur against a manager of a club in Aspen.
“Those two are desperate for a storyline. They’ll throw anybody under the bus,” Kathy Hilton added.
Kyle believes her cast-mates took things too far in the incident.
“I think that it was just handled wrong across the board,” she said in her interview with Insider. “I didn’t think it needed to get to this level at all. But here we are.”
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is currently on hiatus.
