Evidence Suggest Erika Jayne Leaked Kathy Hilton Slander To The Press
The explosive Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion is behind us but the fallout from Kathy Hilton and Erika Jayne’s feud left many lingering questions about leaks to the press.
On part 3 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion Erika Jayne claimed that Kathy Hilton used a gay slur in an Aspen bar during a cast trip.
“I see Kathy coming from the dance floor, very upset,” the “XXPEN$IVE” singer alleged. “I say, ‘Kathy, what’s wrong?’ She says, ‘The DJ’s an old f–king f–g,’ and walked off.”
Kathy explained that she got “frustrated” when the DJ ignored her song request and the bar’s manager was dismissive. Kathy said the manager told her to “go back to L.A.,” and they were “too busy.” Kathy vehemently denied using a gay slur.
“I will admit to what I do, but I will not be painted to be this monster,” Kathy asserted.
According to Erika, the socialite said the slur to her only, and no one else in the bar heard her say it.
Twitter investigators theorize that Erika Jayne leaked information to the press about her co-stars to deflect from being in the hot seat over her legal battles.
One person tweeted, “Erika Jayne said that she is the only person that heard #KathyHilton make a problematic slur in Aspen. So weird that all of the podcasters, bloggers and housewives twitter literally had the play by play within hours. I thought Erika didn’t know how to leak?”
Another wrote, “So finally we got an answer on who leaked the alleged slur story to the press. If Kathy allegedly told that to Erika directly… who leaked it??”
Someone pointed out, “@erikajayne is the only one to leak it. Guess you do know how to do that?”
A fourth noted, “Let’s not pretend that @erikajayne somehow thinks using the F-slur is disgusting, or an attack on gays. This is all about shifting the spotlight from herself to @KathyHilton, hence her continuous leaks to the press and never a condemnation of the slur.”
Another observer stated, “She also said she was THEE ONLY ONE who heard her say the slur… so how did all the tabloids know this information….. @erikajayne is the Leak!”
A fan commented, “If the gay slur was ONLY said to @erikajayne and no one else heard it…. How did it get in the press? Erika doesn’t know how to leak stuff.”
Someone stated, “@erikajayne if you were the ONLY one who heard Kathy say F*****, then how did the press know the next day if you don’t leak info? another lie.”
Another observer posted, “If it was said directly to @erikajayne and no one else heard it, then how did it leak? 200 people in a club and only 1 person heard it?? but you don’t know how to leak information? It had to come from someone first.”
During the Season 12 finale, Kathy’s sister, Kyle Richards, accused Erika Jayne of leaking stories to the media about the Aspen drama.
Talking to Dorit Kemsley, Kyle pondered, “You don’t think it’s weird that at every event, every detail is being leaked to the press?”
Dorit responded, “Yes, I do think it’s weird. Do you think it’s somebody in this group?” to which Kyle responded, “100 percent.”
“First, there were leaks in Aspen. Then I heard from a very, very reliable source that there were other leaks that never made it to publication. I was told who the leak was and it’s in this group.” Kyle said in a talking head confessional.
Kyle added to Dorit, “Someone wants my sister to look bad so that they don’t look as bad.”
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is currently on hiatus.
