Many seasons ago in June 2013, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Mauricio Umansky made headlines for allegedly cheating with a female prostitute and transgender escort. 

The explosive allegations rocked the reality TV community and Mauricio Umansky’s wife, Kyle Richards, went into immediate defense mode. She denied the allegations and blamed her former costar, Lisa Vanderpump, for feeding the tabloids the story.

The cheating allegation originated from Star Magazine, who published an extensive report on the wild sex threesome after interviewing the sex worker.   

Kyle Richards threatened to quit the Bravo reality series over the cheating allegations but was talked out of leaving by producers.

For the fans that aren’t familiar with the scandal, lets take a field trip down memory lane.

Back in June 2013, Star Magazine interviewed, transgender stripper, Toni Newman. She told the outlet that she and her escort partner engaged in a wild sex threesome with high end clients, Mauricio, being one of them. “We had many high-end clients between 2003 and 2005, Mauricio being one of them” Toni Newman claims.

The transgender prostitute shared that her female escort partner met Mauricio at The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, and brought him back to their home.

“We had many high-end clients between 2003 and 2005, Mauricio being one of them,” said Newman.

Newman said the duo worked by having Mistress Carmen take men into her room where she would offer them the option of having her transsexual partner come in.

“Mauricio went for the threesome option and in a kinky twist asked both of them to dress up as police officers,” Newman claimed.

Mauricio Umansky denied the allegations made by Newman and Mistress Carmen, calling them “false” and “utterly ridiculous,” but never sued the women or Star Magazine for publishing the expose.

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have been married for 26 years and have three daughters together, Alexia, Sophia and Portia.

As previously reported, Mauricio has been facing backlash over laughing at Erika Jayne verbally berating the 14-year-old son of Garcelle Beauvais. The outrage has prompted fans to boycott the realtor’s Netflix series.
