Kathy Hilton denied saying the slur (which was investigated by Bravo and proven to be “He said, she said”), and shined a spotlight on Erika Jayne’s lack of credibility.

“I have a little more credibility than you,” Kathy Hilton asserted. Referring to Erika’s legal woes involving stolen funds intended for victims of her estranged husband, Thomas Girardi’s fraud. “I have a sterling reputation.” Kathy continued.

The Hilton socialite then spoke up about Erika brazenly flaunting ill-gotten gains around Aspen, during a cast trip. Specifically, $750,000 diamond earrings a judge ordered her to hand over, a pricey Cartier ring valued at $250,000, Gucci designer handbag, and fur coat.

Kathy pointed out that the designer goods rightfully belong to the victims of Erika Jayne’s estranged husband’s embezzlement scheme.

“Isn’t it interesting, nothing came out in the press about Erika walking around with the big $250,000 Cartier ring,” Kathy told the group. “Going around with the big crocodile bag and fur coat… They’re not yours. They’re not your belongings. You have no remorse at all.”

As reported, Erika Jayne and her former attorney husband have been sued multiple times after Thomas Girardi was accused of running his L.A. law firm like a ponzi scheme that stole settlement funds from widows, orphans and burn victims and funneled the money into his much younger wife’s lavish lifestyle and singing career.

The philanthropist recently condemned Erika Jayne and Lisa Rinna at BravoCon in NYC. “I feel they [Lisa Rinna and Erika Jayne] are two bullies that intimidate a lot of the other girls,” Kathy told the reporter.
