‘RHOBH’ Alum Calls Lisa Rinna A ‘Nut Job’ Over Her Season 12 Bad Behavior!

Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Kathryn Edwards, is speaking out against Lisa Rinna’s nasty behavior on the show. 

Kathryn was on the Bravo reality show in 2015 and only stayed on for one season alongside Lisa Rinna. At the time, they were joined by Erika Jayne, Yolanda Hadid, Kyle Richards, Eileen Davidson, and Lisa Vanderpump. Despite leaving the show years ago, she still watches her former co-stars on Bravo and had a few things to say about Lisa’s behavior during season 12 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Edwards went on the Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef podcast and said that Rinna had become a “nut job” and unrecognizable to her during the reunion. 

During the October 24 interview, Kathryn added, “I really, truly do not recognize in any way, shape, or form Lisa Rinna as I knew her before. She’s gone. She’s gone. And that to me is a little sad because I really thought she was like a really great girl before. And I can’t say that now.” Edwards also said that she thinks Lisa is doing it all for TV ratings and laughing her way to the bank. “But there has to be a point where you, you question your own integrity and you have to realize that that’s something after you sell it down the river, you’re not gonna get back.” The former Bravo star said that it is crazy that Lisa “doesn’t look like herself, doesn’t sound like herself, doesn’t act like herself.”

The Rinna Beauty owner had claimed during the RHOBH reunion that much of her nasty behavior on the show was caused by her grief after the passing of her mother, Lois. But Edwards, like many Bravo fans, isn’t buying this excuse from Lisa. “I’m sorry, but I don’t buy the whole, her mom’s death has brought her to this kind of maniac, delusional character that she is now. I think that the housewives show has brought her to this,” she said. Kathryn continued to say that Lisa looked like a nut job on TV. “I mean, it’s like she’s priding herself on being hated. She has zero filter now. She just doesn’t, there’s no reality to like what she’s saying.”

Edwards also added that Andy Cohen loves Lisa Rinna too much even though she is a “head case,” plus she is great for the show’s ratings. “I mean, take Rinna out of the mix this season, what show was there? As much as people hate her …and as much as people beg for her to be fired, they don’t realize how much they’re turning on the television to see the drama that she’s causing.”
