Kathy Hilton Will Not Return to ‘RHOBH’ if ‘Exact Cast’ Remains in Place!
Kathy Hilton confirmed that she will not return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills if the Season 12 cast remains in place. The popular Bravo “friend” spoke to Us Weekly over the weekend at BravoCon, a lively three-day fan convention in New York City.
The outlet asked Kathy if she would come back for Season 13 if there were no changes to the cast.
“If it’s the same exact cast? Absolutely not,” Kathy responded immediately.
She added—“But I’m just a ‘friend,’ so it doesn’t matter.”
Kathy was a popular personality throughout the Bravo-themed weekend. She kicked things off by leading a conga line, after being shot down by her cast mates before having a so-called “psychotic break” during the recently aired cast trip to Aspen.
The 63-year-old reality star rocked a blue floral patterned suit for the DIRECTV event. Kathy boogied across the dance floor with Real Housewives of Potomac star, Ashley Darby, Real Housewives of New Jersey OG, Teresa Giudice, and Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’s Whitney Rose, following close behind.
DIRECTV gave a shout-out to the RHOBH storyline on Instagram, captioning the clip — ‘We’ll conga with you anytime, @kathyhilton.”
Fans know that drama exploded during the cast getaway after several of the ladies visited a local Aspen nightclub. Erika Jayne, Sutton Stracke, Diana Jenkins, and Dorit Kemsley all witnessed snippets of Kathy’s alleged “meltdown,” but it was Lisa Rinna who pushed the narrative into the spotlight after accompanying Kathy back to her sister’s house.
Rinna said—“She said things like ”I am going to take down NBC, Bravo, I will take down this show, single-handedly, I will f***ing ruin you all.”’
Viewers have seemingly sided with Kathy Hilton amid Rinna’s campaign to spotlight the socialite’s alleged “meltdown.” Kathy apologized for her behavior on the show but rejected Rinna’s version of events.
Rinna was greeted with a mix of cheers and boos when she took the BravoCon stage to sit alongside co-stars, Kyle Richards, Garcelle Beauvais, Erika Jayne, Crystal Kung Minkoff, Dorit Kemsley, and Sutton Stracke, for a panel discussion. Rinna responded by flipping off the crowd before taking her place beside Crystal.
Rinna told attendees that the “whole story” had not been revealed, as Kathy’s reunion segment has only been teased by the network. Fans have been calling for Bravo to fire Rinna—but she likened herself to a “rock star” after exiting the event stage.
During the panel discussion, Rinna addressed fan backlash surrounding her controversial Season 12 behavior.
“I’m my own worst enemy. I mean, I think we all are when we take a look at it,” she said.
The former soap opera actress also admitted that her social media antics often land her in hot water.
“I will say that that is kind of how I reacted to everything this year, and I wouldn’t recommend it,” she said.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion continues on Wednesday at 8 pm, ET, on Bravo.
