TLC Slammed as ’90 Day Fiancé’ Fans Demand the Firing of Angela Deem!
Fans continue to put Angela Deem on blast and are demanding that TLC fire the Georgia reality star from the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? cast.
Viewers called for Angela to be dismissed from the series earlier this month after she was seen destroying her husband, Michael Ilesanmi’s car, after arriving in Nigeria for a surprise visit. Fans have not backed down, and are demanding that TLC take action.
The couple’s storyline went off the rails after Angela arrived in Nigeria to surprise her husband. Angela, 56, and Michael, 34, had not seen each other in about two years amid an ongoing dispute over social media when Angela decided to check up on her husband, in person.
“Last night, things got so heated. It was like, worse than a f***ing nightmare,” Angela said, during Sunday’s episode.
Angela later revealed her decision to abruptly leave Nigeria, telling cameras, “So I just changed my flights and I’ll be leaving Nigeria later today. And you know what? As soon as I get off the plane, I’m going to my lawyer’s office and I’m filing for divorce and pulling the visas … I know when I’ve lost the fight. And I’ve lost it. It’s time to go home.”
Angela changed her mind after her friend pushed her to have a face-to-face conversation with Michael. The duo met up at a bar, but tensions quickly escalated after Angela demanded to see her husband’s phone.
“I’m your wife, I deserve to see your phone,” she said.
“I want to see everything, your DMs on Instagram,” she added, sparking an argument over the issue.
“I gave it my goddamn all. I’m real to you, you’re fake to me. I’m gone. I’m getting my plane,” she ranted before leaving the bar.
Fans let their opinions fly on Twitter, urging TLC to cut Angela from the reality show’s narrative.
