Steve Lodge Responds To Ex Vicki Gunvalson Exposing His Cheating!

Steve Lodge put his ex, Vicki Gunvalson, on blast after the Real Housewives of Orange County alum accused him of cheating on his new wife, Janis Carlson.

The 64-year-old spoke to Page Six about the matter and flatly denied the former Bravo star’s accusation.

“I would never cheat on Janis,” the former California politician told the outlet. “I haven’t the slightest idea of what Vicki is lying about now. This is just another stunt of Vicki’s to get attention.”

Lodge added—“She’s obviously lying again; it’s apparently pathological with her. She really needs to get some physiological help and definitely needs to leave us alone.”

Vicki, 60, appeared on the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Ex-Wives Club panel at BravoCon over the weekend, where she alleged to have “proof” that her ex was “out cheating on his wife.”

“A cheater’s a cheater,” Vicki quipped. 

Vicki previously alleged that her ex-fiancé, whom she labeled a liar and a user, had stepped out on her with another woman before they parted ways.

“While I was out of town working on a biz trip, [Lodge] took [a woman] to my condo in Mexico!” she wrote on Instagram in October 2021. “He’s been flaunting around my town in OC making out in public places. It’s disgusting.” 

Vicki appeared on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Ex-Wives Club shortly after the breakup, and appeared brokenhearted amid the “Housewives” drama. Lodge claimed that Vicki was putting on a “dramatic act” on the Peacock spinoff, which he described as “just that — a big act and completely phony.”

“Apparently she had nothing else going on in her life to talk about, and you know how they are all desperate for a storyline,” he said, adding that the pair hadn’t been intimate since September 2020. 

“We certainly didn’t break up during her filming as she reported. Total fabrication for the show,” Lodge claimed. 

Vicki previously claimed that she felt deceived during their relationship’s on-again, off-again phase because they supposedly shared a bed.  

“If he states he didn’t cheat on me, then why did you continue to live with me?” she told Page Six in February. “That’s my question to him. Why did you lead me to believe we were going to be OK? Because I was in it for life.”  

Lodge shared that he was dating his future wife in September 2021, the same month that reports confirmed that he and the Coto Insurance pro had called off their engagement. 

Lodge denied that anything shady was going on and that Vicki knew “full well we were not in a couple’s relationship when I met Janis. Vicki and I broke up in December of 2020, and I lived separately in my own condo in Mexico. I still have the lease paperwork.”

Lodge called Vicki’s latest comments “absolutely disgusting.” 

“This is low for even Vicki. She’s such a sad individual,” the former cop said, adding that it was time for the ex-reality star to “move on” and “remove ‘Steve’ from her vocabulary.” 

He concluded—“I really hope she gets the help she needs to do that. Janis and I are very happily married and totally in love. We are enjoying our life together and are looking forward to some fun and exciting changes coming in 2023.”
