Andy Cohen, 54, broke the news at BravoCon 2022 on Sunday when a fan asked the producer why was Jen Shah missing from the RHOSLC panel on Saturday.

“Once we wrapped [Season 3 and] she pled guilty, I think that was kind of, unfortunately, the end of, you know, the engagement there,” Andy Cohen told the crowd. “But I hope to sit down with her and talk to her at some point on camera because I have a lot of questions for her.”

In March 2021, Jen Shah was arrested for running a nationwide telemarketing scheme that targeted hundreds of people, specifically 55+ community.

Initially, Jen Shah professed her innocence but eventually admitted to her wrongdoing after codefendants in her scheme pled guilty.

“I’m fighting this. I am innocent,” Shah stated at the Season 2 reunion. “And I will fight for every person out there that can’t fight for themselves because they don’t have the resources or the means, so they don’t fight.”

Then Jen Shah stunned the public by pleading guilty in July 2022. Her plea deal calls for up to 14 years in prison and restitution of up to $9.5 million.

The reality star sentencing has been postponed to Dec. 15 — the delay was due to a “scheduling conflict on the part of several members of the government team.”

During season one, Jen Shah bragged about her ability to make money.

“What I’ve done for the last 20 years is direct response marketing. I make millions,” she boasted in a confessional filmed on Dec. 9, 2019.
