Teresa Giudice Says ‘Fame and Money’ RUINED Her Family!

Teresa Giudice slammed her family during BravoCon 2022 and said that fame and money ruined their relationship. 

While at the “Jersey Ladies Part 2” at BravoCon, Teresa said that her brother, Joe Gorga, and his wife, Melissa Gorga, are more concerned about fame and money than family. Teresa was asked how she felt about her brother and sister-in-law skipping her wedding to Luis Ruelas. She admitted, “I was really hurt. Obviously, it was really sad for me. Devastating, he’s my only brother, my only family that I have here. He’s my only family.” The Real Housewives of New Jersey star said this isn’t the first time her brother hasn’t shown up for her. “Unfortunately, fame and money does that to family and my family did that to me,” Teresa added.

Teresa went on to say, “If you guys really get to know the real Teresa, you’ll know I’m all heart and to me, family is the most important thing. If you guys saw how my brother and I grew up, we were inseparable.” The Dancing With The Stars alum threw shade at her sister-in-law by saying the problems with Joe began when when “new blood” entered the family. “I’m sure it happens in a lot of families and nobody should speak unless they’re in the situation, so that’s what happened to our family.” She continued, “Fame and money, unfortunately, ruined our family. And, of course, I’m sad for that, but that’s what happens.” 

Joe responded to his sister’s comment during his own BravoCon interview. “This is the s–t that pisses me off!” Joe exclaimed.  “Because you know what? If you love each other, right? And we’re family, you help one another rise,” he continued when asked if he cares more about fame and money than family. While at The Real Housewives of New Jersey, panel which was moderated by Page Six’s Evan Real, Joe Gorga defended his decision to join the Bravo reality series and said his sister wasn’t very welcoming. On Friday, he told Page Six that he was tired of talking about his issues with Teresa. “At this point, I just don’t know what else to say. I’m tired. I’m tired of talking about this for 13 years.”

Joe told the news outlet, “I’m 48 years old, and I’m happy that I woke up this morning and happy that I have healthy kids, a beautiful wife, a beautiful life, and I just want to be happy, man. This kind of drama is ruining my life.”
