‘RHONY’ Season 14 Brand NEW Cast Revealed At BravoCon!
Andy Cohen revealed the new cast of The Real Housewives of New York City reboot during BravoCon 2022!
Bravo has been teasing the diverse cast since March this year and Andy finally introduced the seven housewives to fans. During a Sunday live taping of Watch What Happens Live, the host revealed that The Real Housewives of New York City reboot will begin filming this fall with the series premiering sometime in 2023. Creative director Sai De Silva, model and philanthropist Ubah Hassan, home renovation guru Erin Dana Lichy, former J. Crew President Jenna Lyons, influencer Lizzy Savetsky, Fashion Publicist and Brand Consultant Jessel Taank, and brand marketing and communications professional Brynn Whitfield, will be the new housewives of New York City.
Cohen, 58, told Page Six at the start of BravoCon that he is happy with the new cast and the new energy they will bring to the show. “We really were waiting to get the RHONY reboot right, and we really wanted to tell new stories, and we wanted to capture the energy in New York City, and I’m really happy with where we’re at.” Andy also added, “It’s all over the city, and it’s aspirational. I think it’s legit. We’re definitely expanding beyond the Upper East Side with these women.” Sai De Silva is an Afro-Latina woman born and raised in New York. The creative director is married to David Craig who she shares two kids, London and Rio.
Somalian model, Ubah Hassan, is an entrepreneur who fled her home at a young age and ended up in Canada where she was spotted by a photographer and signed by a modeling agency. Ubah later moved to New York and made it her home. She also owns her own hot sauce company, UBAHHOT, which she built from scratch.
Jenna Lyons is co-founder and CEO of LoveSeen, a beauty brand. The former president and executive director of J.Crew Group resides in New York with her son, Beckett. Influencer Lizzy Savetsky is a mother of three and married to Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Ira Savetsky.
Fashion publicist Jessel Taank, who is of British-Indian descent, is married to financier, Pavit Randhawa. The two tied the knot in 2014 and share two twin boys together.
Brynn Whitfield is a brand marketing and communications professional who is originally from the Midwest. Brynn was raised by her grandmother who taught her life lessons on how to navigate life and own her narrative as a biracial woman.
Erin Dana Lichy is a New Yorker who owns a home renovation and design firm, Homegirl. Dana is married to the owner of the firm Lichy Law who she shares three children with.
