TLC released a first look at the show’s new season, which will feature the couple welcoming their second son. The preview follows Zach and Tori to the hospital after Tori’s water breaks, and viewers learn that she required “major abdominal surgery.”

“In an hour and a half, I’m gonna have major abdominal surgery. I’m pretty ready to get this kid out of me,” Tori says from her hospital bed.

Josiah is later seen hanging out with family members, including his big brother and sister, Jackson, 5, and Lilah, 2.

The preview also features scenes with Matt Roloff and his girlfriend, Caryn Chandler, and Amy Roloff with her husband, Chris Marek. The sneak peek confirms that Matt and Caryn’s relationship with Zach and Tori remained strained in the months following his decision to put the north side of Roloff Farms on the open market.

“Everyone’s met Josiah, but we don’t have plans for Caryn to meet Josiah,” Zach says in a personal interview, about his father’s partner. “Like they still think they did nothing wrong.”

Caryn tells other people that she’s waiting for our olive branch,” Tori says in a confessional spot alongside Zach. “That olive branch, the dove took it to another island, I don’t know.”

The sneak peek teases Matt and Caryn discussing “Plan B” regarding Matt’s future plan for the family land. The TLC patriarch put a 16-acre parcel of the property on the market on May 12, for $4 million.

The previous season of the popular series highlighted Matt’s feud with Zach and Amy over his decision to sell off a portion of the property to an outsider, after failing to strike a deal with two of his sons.

Fans slammed Caryn for “ruining his relationship with his family,” amid the unfolding property dispute. Matt clashed with Amy during the season finale episode, sparking lots of online chatter about the splintered family.

Many viewers sounded off about the family feud on social media, and some even called for TLC to cut Matt and Caryn from the narrative.

Amy spoke out about the unfolding situation during a May Instagram Livestream.

“It’s just a very sad situation, in my opinion, because this is personal to me…” Amy said. “The business was part of our personal life so it will never just be business.”

“You can’t treat those that are directly a part of your family, and assume– because it’s business– [they’re] like any other vendor. I’m not like any other vendor. My boys aren’t like any other vendor. These are your boys!” Amy added.

The new season of Little People, Big World premieres Tuesday, November 1 at 9 p.m. ET on TLC.
