Kyle Richards Says Things Are NOT Good Between Her & Sister Kathy Hilton!
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Kyle Richards, says she is still not on good terms with her sister, Kathy Hilton!
In a recent interview with E!, Richards, 53, said that her relationship with Hilton hasn’t improved since they filmed the reunion. Kyle said, “Things are not great right now, but I have high hopes.” The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star also said that it was her most emotional reunion ever since she joined the show in Season 1 in 2010.
Kyle did say about her relationship with her sister: “We’re a family and we’ll always come back together. I know that’s why I was so emotional at the reunion. For me, I don’t think people realize how much it affects my family and the relationships, and I have been holding that in for so long, and that’s why I felt so emotional.”
In a clip of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 12 reunion, Kyle could be seen crying her eyes out by the end of the night. The Bravo star asked host Andy Cohen if she could skip the toast at the end of the reunion because she wanted to go home. Kyle added during her interview that the reunion was “the most difficult one I’ve ever done and that I wish it had gone differently.” The ‘Halloween Ends’ star also said, “It was the first reunion that we left and we didn’t have drinks or dinner or do a group photo or hug or anything. It was just done, so I kind of was left with not a good feeling, and just trying to work through that.”
Kathy Hilton’s feud with friend Lisa Rinna throughout the season and during the reunion really upset her. Rinna claimed during their Aspen trip that Kathy had a “psychotic break” and said all sorts of nasty things about her sister and co-stars. The pair hashed it out at The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion where Kathy claimed Rinna was just looking for a storyline to extend her contract with Bravo.
Hilton said, “You fight with everybody. What you did to my sister [Kim Richards] and you drove Lisa Vanderpump off the show. I mean, the list can go on and on.” The cast also discussed other topics during the three-part reunion, including the racist comments directed at Garcelle Beauvais’s teenage son, Jax, and Erika Jayne’s comments.
