Michael Darby Spotted at Gay Club In Virginia!
Real Housewives of Potomac husband, Michael Darby, was photographed at a gay club in Virginia amid his divorce from Ashley Darby.
According to a post on Reddit, a couple who were in a gay club in Virginia spotted Michael Darby among them and snapped a photo with him in the back. Michael was standing with a drink in hand while checking out other men and they suspected he was looking for a hookup at the club. The Real Housewives of Potomac star has had a lot of speculation about his sexuality while being married to Ashley. Michael and Ashley share two sons, Dean, 3, and Dylan, 1. Throughout Ashley and Michael’s marriage, there have been claims of Michael allegedly cheating on his wife with men and women.
Ashley Darby revealed during one of the RHOP episodes that she and Michael have always had an unconventional marriage. This came after rumors circulated that he had cheated while Ashley was on a trip with her co-stars. The mother of two announced her divorce from Michael after 8 years of marriage. In April 2022, Ashley said, “People will be quick to assume that the causes were too much intrusion by reality TV into the most personal parts of our lives, age gap issues, cultural problems, or child-rearing differences. Pieces of all these may have affected our pure love for each other, but no one reason is the root cause of our mutual decision to go our separate ways.”
While talking about her decision to get divorced from Michael, Ashley said, “It has just sort of been a long time coming. And yes, there is something that happened, that I do share in this season, that was sort of the pivotal moment that made it come to fruition, but ultimately … it’s just been piling up, if you will.” Ashley did reveal, however, that they are not using the word “divorce,” instead saying they are separated. She explained, “Neither of us say that. We say ‘separated,’ or ‘separation.’ Neither of us say ‘divorce.’ So, I know I have six more months — it’s actually, like, exactly six months as of a week ago, so I’m at the halfway mark, and, yeah, it still feels really weird. It’s almost 10 years of my life. It is 10 years of my life that I’ve been with this person, so it’s hard.”
