’90 Day Fiancé’ Andrei Accuses Liz’s Family of Trying To Get Him Deported!

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After star, Andrei Castravet, is accusing Libby Potthast’s family of trying to get him deported from America!

During Sunday’s episode of 90 Day Fiancé, Andrei went to visit his Immigration lawyer after his two-year green card and extension expired. Andrei, 35, was shocked when his lawyer, Emel Ersa, told him that he had to do an interview in order to get permanent residency in the United States. Emel told the father of two that she normally doesn’t get cases like his. “I fear that they saw something in Moldovan records that would have made you ineligible to get a green card. “I’ve got to tell you, I’ve never had a case where there was a child together and they called you for an interview. I fear that they saw something in Moldovan records that would have made you ineligible to get a green card.”

The TLC star also hinted to his lawyer that his former job as a police officer could be the reason he has to do the interview. Andrei said that his participation in several court cases in Moldova could be the problem. “I never talked to [Ersa] about my history on the police force because I didn’t think it would be a problem,” he said. Emel asked Andrei if he had made any enemies in the U.S. who would complain about him to the authorities. Andrei left the meeting feeling very upset and said that the system is crazy and f*cked up. 

Andrei told Libby about the news and alleged that her family might have something to do with his immigration problems because they’ve never really liked him. “Somebody is whispering in the immigration office’s ears and we have a problem,” Andrei said. He alleged that the Potthast family had “snitched” on him and called them jealous and assholes! However, Elizabeth didn’t agree with any of it and said her family wouldn’t even know who to call to get him in trouble. Andrei then reminded his wife about the time her sisters went ahead to investigate him and his past while in Moldova. 

Liz said in a confessional that they are tired of always having to prove their relationship to the government even after years of being married. Libby angrily said, ‘it feels like [they’re] back on square one” after years of explaining and defending her relationship to the government. In the final confessional, the aspiring singer opened up about her fears if they had to move to Moldova with their daughter, Eleanor. “If we had to move to Moldova, we would be starting over. This is serious stuff. This is our home.”
