Teresa Giudice Says She’s Really Very Nice and Drama-Free: ‘People Take Advantage of Me!’

Teresa Guidice hopes her new podcast will allow fans to see the true side of her — which isn’t all about drama!

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star told Us Weekly that Bravo fans are in for a huge surprise. While speaking about her new podcast, Namaste B$tches, Teresa, 50, said, “It’s very sad. … People thought a certain way about me, and then they’re gonna be like, ‘Wow, we were so wrong.’ I think … when you watch this season [you’ll see that] I kept my mouth shut a lot over 10 years.”

Giudice also opened up about revisiting family drama in the upcoming season with brother Joe Gorga and his wife, Melissa Gorga. The Dancing with the Stars alum said, “I’m totally fine [with it]. Totally fine.” Teresa continued, “I got taken advantage of for so long, for over 10 years. I got taken advantage of and finally, [Luis Ruelas] came into my life and was like, ‘That’s not happening anymore.’ … I think [everyone is] going to see the truth of everything that’s been really happening.”

Teresa said she hopes fans will tune in to her podcast and see she is just a nice and fun person. “In my real life, there’s no drama. No drama at all. I wake up happy every day. I have really good energy.” Co-host and friend, Melissa Pfeister, agreed that the platform would portray her friend in a different light. “We have months and months to really get out there and people can see a different side of Teresa before [RHONJ] starts up again. Maybe they’ll have a different view on it after they get a glimpse from the podcast of more depth [into] who Teresa really is.”

The mother of four added that Housewives will be a topic of discussion on Namaste B$tches, but it won’t be all they talk about. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star said that she wants to talk about life in general and also have fans call in for advice if they need it. “I was given this platform for a reason and if I can, I wanna help other people that, you know, [want] help from me. I was given this for a reason, so I’m gonna use it in that way.” Teresa said in an earlier interview that she now has time to fully focus on her marriage to Luis Ruelas after getting evicted from Dancing With The Stars.
