90 Day Fiancé’s Charlie Potthast Rips Into Family Amid Feud with Andrei Castravet!
Charlie Potthast, the brother of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After star, Elizabeth Potthast, is taking a stand amid his feud with his sister and her husband, Andrei Castravet.
Charlie sounded off on Instagram after the October 2 episode of the TLC show, adding a photo of his mother’s birthday dinner, which was featured during the episode.
“Trying to get my family back together,” he wrote alongside the snap. “I love my family. Don’t cancel Charlie. Open your eyes to the real problem.”

The Potthast family gathered to celebrate the matriarch’s 60th birthday during Sunday’s episode, but the 90 Day Fiancé couple passed on the dinner party.
“I never thought like, growing up, that I would be, just like, not be at my mom’s birthday party,” Elizabeth told Andrei, ahead of the event. “There are certain people there, that I choose not to be around. I made that decision a while ago and I’m sticking to it.”
Elizabeth blamed runaway jealousy over Andrei’s success in the family’s real estate business, after being mentored by her father, Chuck Potthast, for the family conflict. A brawl broke out between Andrei and Charlie during a Season 6 family barbecue, splintering the group.
Elizabeth and Andrei chose to keep their distance from Charlie after the blowout, while her sisters, Jenn Potthast and Becky Potthast, decided to attend their mother’s birthday gathering.
“For me, the hardest part of that day was just simply seeing how hurt my dad was,” Elizabeth said during a confessional spot.
“Since the tell-all, nobody in the family has been taking to Charlie,” Andrei added alongside his wife. “And he is no longer part of the family real estate business.”
Jenn explained why she initially kept her distance from her brother.
“It’s really not like a forgiveness thing for me, it’s more, just, we just need to create boundaries,” she said.
Charlie asked his sisters where they stood during the dinner, reminding them that he was left out of Elizabeth and Andrei’s recent housewarming party.
“I wasn’t invited to that,” he said.
“I think for Charlie to really improve is to admit, like, drinking too much or his outlandish behavior,” Becky told producers in a solo spot. “So I don’t know how it’s gonna be going forward. There might be another crazy night.”
Becky’s husband, Thomas, told his brother-in-law—“You weren’t the one canceled by your family.”
“I think there’s one common denominator. And it’s not me. It’s Andrei,” Charlie fired back.
Charlie continued, pointing at his sisters—“He fights with you, he fights with you, he fights with me, he fights with everybody.”
