‘RHOC’ Alum Meghan King Goes Under the Knife — Shares Recovery Pics!

Meghan King went under the knife last week and took to Instagram to share the results with her fans and followers. The Real Housewives of Orange County alum showed off her dual nose and boob jobs, labeling her plastic surgeon “an artist.”

“Cat’s out of the bag,” the former reality star quipped. “I’ve gotten my nose upgraded and my chest upgraded after 10 years.”

Meghan spoke to Us Weekly about how she felt after the procedures. 

“Dr. Niccole is an artist!” the 38-year-old told the outlet. “I came out looking like a natural, enhanced version of myself.”

Last Monday, Meghan shared some “pre-surgery thoughts” on her Instagram Story. Meghan added that she did have concerns that the nips and tucks might make her look “too different.”

“I’m feeling ready,” she said, on the morning of the surgery. “I just don’t want to look too different. That’s where my anxiety’s coming from right now. I don’t want my boobs to look so big that I look like I’m bigger than I am. … I’m feeling sentimental, pensive.”

The mom of three later gushed over the results, commenting—“I totally felt at ease … which is what I wanted!” 

Meghan revealed that she was “horrified” when she saw her swollen nose after the bandages came off.  

“My nose was wider than it was originally,” she explained on social media. “You guys, I had a vasovagal reaction… I puked.”

The former Bravo star added that she was later “blown away by the difference … after just a few hours” when the swelling rapidly decreased by the end of the day. Meghan added an image of “Spongebob Squarepants” character, Squidward, writing alongside the character—“Another photo of my original nose.”

Meghan hinted on Instagram that she was thinking about breast augmentation, back in July. She posted two bikini pics, writing—“new 🍈 🍈 coming soon! Ten years and three babies and mommy wants to see a 👩🏻‍⚕️🔪.”

Meghan shares three children with ex-husband, former MLB star, Jim Edmonds — daughter Aspen, 5, and twin sons, Hart and Hayes, 4. Meghan and Jim’s divorce was finalized in May 2021. Meghan recently dropped two protective orders against her ex amid a seemingly contentious co-parenting relationship. 

Last month, TMZ reported that Meghan alleged that her ex had displayed “frequent and consistent verbal abuse” toward her as they co-parented via the Family Wizard app. Insiders told the outlet that the ex-couple’s conflict stemmed from co-parenting disputes.

She revealed earlier this year that she only communicated with her ex via the co-parenting app. 

“I don’t know what coparenting is,” Meghan told Us Weekly, in February. “I struggle with communication [with him]. In order to coparent, you have to communicate right? Yeah, so that would be a good start. … Jim hates me. It’s horrible.”

Jim recently wed fiancée,  Kortnie O’Connor, in an intimate ceremony in Lake Como, Italy.
