Teddi Mellencamp Confirms Kathy Hilton’s Aspen Meltdown Was NOT Because of a Conga Line!

Teddi Mellencamp says Kathy Hilton’s meltdown was not because of a conga line, instead, it was because of a Michael Jackson song! 

During the recent episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the cast left Aspen without Kathy Hilton because of an alleged meltdown she had at the club they all went to. According to Sutton Stracke, she thinks Kathy caused a scene because the rest of the ladies didn’t want to do a conga line with her. However, Teddi believes that isn’t true and that Hilton’s meltdown was because the DJ at the club didn’t play a song she requested. The Two T’s In A Pod host said she found the claims by Sutton strange since her friend Kyle Richards told a different tale. 

Teddi confirmed earlier reports by Radar Online that stated Kathy got into a fighting match with one of the staff members after she asked them to play Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean” song. The staff told the RHOBH star to “go back to LA” which pushed her over the edge. Kathy then told the club’s employee that they were looking at “white privilege.” Mellencamp told her co-host, Tamra Judge, “Sutton said she had a breakdown in the club because no one wanted to do the conga line. Here’s the part that I find interesting is this really isn’t the truth. I never heard anything about any conga line.”

Teddi gave Sutton props for at least owning up to the fact that something happened in the club, unlike co-star, Crystal Kung-Minkoff, who said she didn’t see anything. The host continued, “But it was because she went up to the DJ and asked him to play “Billie Jean” and he — you know has DJs are, especially famous DJs. When they’re in the middle of a set, they don’t want some random, or even some famous socialite, coming and telling them what to play so he said ‘no’ and that set her off.” During last week’s episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, co-star, Lisa Rinna, who had escorted Kathy back to the house after her meltdown, said she had PTSD from the experience. 

“I am really trying,” she said in her confessional. “But I feel like I have seen the devil. And her name is Kathy Hilton.” Kathy responded to Lisa on her Instagram Stories by reposting memes that said she was a “fake b*tch.”
