‘90 Day Fiancé’ Paul Staehle & Karine Martins Stripped of Their Parental & Custodial Rights!

90 Day Fiancé star, Paul Staehle, shared with his followers that he and Karine Martins are having a hard time trying to get back custody of their children. 

In a long Instagram rant on Tuesday, Paul details the hardship that he and Karine have been going through recently. The TLC star and Martins share two children together, Pierre and Ethan, who are currently under the care of Child Protective Services. Paul claimed in his post that despite his ex doing everything the judge asks of her, she has been stripped of her parental and custodial rights. “It is sad that Karine has done everything the CPS and the judge asked her to do since December. CPS and Judge Hagarty division 5 Family court will only allow her 1 hour 1 day a week to see our children,” Paul wrote.

Paul also explained that Karine works hard at any job she can get in order to earn money because she has lost government assistance from food stamps, medical, and housing. Staehle, currently vacationing in Brazil, continued in his rant that the judge presiding over their case, Judge Hagarty, is very harsh. “I have seen other judges allow a mother an opportunity to get their children’s custody back. Our children miss their parents. The termination of our parental and custodial rights without a fair opportunity at reunification just shows how corrupt the system is,” Paul added.

The father of two said that Karine did everything that was required of her including taking classes, therapy, and drug and alcohol tests to see her kids but it wasn’t enough. Paul claimed that during their hearings he, Karine, and his parents were not given a chance to speak only CPS and the prosecutors were allowed to. Despite this, Paul said they will not give up on their children — “Me and Karine will do what we have to do to hire a legal team to fight for our children.”

The 90 Day Fiancé star also slammed Child Protective Services for not helping him. “CPS Jefferson county needs to be evaluated. My case worker hung up in my face for asking for assistance for services.” Staehle continued, “She talks to me and Karine like complete trash and offers us zero help.” He ended his rant by cautioning his followers to pay attention and understand who they are voting for.
