Kyle Richards Is Confused Why Erika Jayne Won’t Acknowledge Victims!

Kyle Richards is having a hard time understanding why Erika Jayne doesn’t care about Tom Girardi’s victims!

During RHOBH: After Show, Kyle Richards expressed her confusion at Erika’s attitude during a recent episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Kyle said, “I just don’t understand not being able to say, ‘Yes, there are victims. I feel terrible about the victims. They should all be paid and taken care of. I haven’t personally done anything, but I acknowledge that these victims exist.’” Richards admitted that she is struggling to understand why her co-star wouldn’t at least say that.

Kyle defended Erika’s outburst after she was questioned by other ladies on what she feels about her estranged husband’s victims. “She feels like she’s in the fight of her life, and she doesn’t like to feel like these women that she spends all this time with are not backing her. But it’s just hard sometimes.”

Kyle Richards continued, “It’s very hard because it’s all very confusing, and as much as we want to, there are just certain things you’re like, ‘This just doesn’t make any sense.’” During last week’s episode, Crystal Kung Minkoff asked Erika why she wasn’t showing more compassion to Tom Girardi’s victims.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills viewers were shocked when the ‘Pretty Mess’ author began hurling insults during their Aspen trip. “I’m not f–king caving into some s–t. Caving ‘cause people think I should feel some way. Let it play out in court.” Jayne went on to say she shouldn’t have to take responsibility for sh*t she didn’t do before telling her co-stars, “I pray to God your f–king s–t doesn’t end up like mine.” Her friends, Lisa Rinna and Diana Jenkins, tried to rush her out of Kyle Richards’ house. From the outside of the house, shouted at her fellow Bravo stars saying, “F–k you all! What about the facts, dumb f–ks?”

The women were talking about families of victims from the 2018 Lion Flight Air 610 plane crash. Tom Girardi and Erika Jayne were sued in 2020 by Edelson PC for allegedly embezzling funds meant for the families. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star denied the charges and were dismissed from the lawsuit in January 2022. Erika maintained that she had no knowledge of Girardi’s wrongdoings despite receiving millions from the firm Girardi & Keese to fund her luxurious lifestyle.
