Andy Cohen Teases ‘RHOBH’ Reunion Drama Including ‘Spirited’ Discussion with Erika Jayne Over Legal Woes!

Andy Cohen spilled some preview Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion tea on a recent episode of his radio show, Radio Andy. 

Fans know that Erika Jayne has been buried in lawsuits ever since her estranged husband, Tom Girardi, was accused of using settlement money owed to clients to fund the former couple’s lavish lifestyle. The legal firestorm is occasionally referenced on the show, and some of Erika’s co-stars aren’t buying her innocent divorcee sob story. 

Fans submitted questions that they wanted Andy to ask, and there’s little doubt that Erika’s legal woes were a hot topic. 

Andy revealed that the “drama” with Erika “kept coming up” due to “tentacles of the drama that involved all the other ladies. I will say we did a big chunk of her marital drama earlier in the day.”

He continued—“And then I would say the last 90 minutes was a ‘very’ spirited conversation about the case and what’s going on.”

Andy’s co-host, John Hill, asked if Erika copped to anything. The Watch What Happens Live host replied — “She answers everything… I mean, the viewers had amazing questions, and I feel that we represented the tenor of what the viewers were feeling.”

“I thought it was fascinating,” Andy added. “It was engaging. It was surprising. And we did, we spoke about everything.”

Andy confirmed that he addressed the widows and orphans—a group of Tom’s alleged victims— Tom’s dementia, the disgraced lawyer’s alleged affairs, and if any money had been hidden. 

Andy revealed that they did touch on the idea of Erika potentially serving prison time.

“[We] talked a little bit about that,” he said. “[I] want to point out: She has not been charged with a crime.”

Andy dished that Erika did reveal if she was actually worried about spending time behind bars.

John remarked—“It’s a little weird that — you know, to me — that things seem business as usual, shooting a reunion, going about the show, but it seems like this is such huge stakes, that it would seem like… s**t’s coming down.”

“Again,” Andy responded. “I’d like to point out, she has not been charged with a crime.”

Andy hinted that a dispute broke out between Garcelle Beauvais and Dorit Kemsley. He added that “a few people” broke down in tears, “including Erika.”

He also teased that Lisa Rinna spoke out about the public breakup between her daughter, Amelia Hamlin, and Scott Disick.

Rinna took to social media ahead of the reunion taping to set the stage for the cast showdown.  

The actress wrote on her Instagram Stories on Friday—“I have been ‘threatened’ for the past 4 months by ‘people’ basically trying to scare me, trying to ruin my credibility, trying to call me a liar, creating things that aren’t true and don’t exist, but guess what? Today we’re going to sit down and we are going to talk about it all.”

She added—“I will tell my truth. And yes you better believe I’m gonna talk about it all.”
