RHOP’s Gizelle Bryant Accuses Chris Bassett of Sexual Harassment & Charrisse Jackson Jordan Returns To Expose Karen Huger In Trailer!
The Real Housewives of Potomac premieres on October 9, and Bravo’s released trailer points to a “classy” but dramatic Season 7.
Gizelle Bryant, Karen Huger, Ashley Darby, Robyn Dixon, Candiace Dillard Bassett, Dr. Wendy Osefo, and Mia Thornton are back and will be joined by comeback cast member, Charisse Jackson Jordan. Charisse was a RHOP cast member for Seasons 1-2, but will return for Season 7 as a cast “friend.” One of Mia’s best pals, Jacqueline Blake, also joins the group in a part-time role.
Marriages will be put in the spotlight during the upcoming season of the Maryland franchise. Karen gets called out after Candiace claims that her co-star was spotted “sneaking out of town with someone who wasn’t Ray.”
“In our marriage, you said I could have eye candy,” Karen reminds her husband, in the preview.
Robyn reveals that she still has doubts about her fiancé’s commitment to fidelity ahead of her repeat nuptials with ex-husband, Juan Dixon.
“I wanted to talk to Juan about getting a prenup,” she says, before asking a legal advisor— “Are there clauses about infidelity?”
“Why are you mentioning it now?” Juan asks, seemingly confused.
Ashley and Gizelle ask pointed questions about Candiace’s husband, Chris Bassett.
“[At] 2:40 in the morning, I get this DM from Chris,” Ashley tells Robyn, pointing to a received Instagram message from Candiace’s husband.
“Shoulda come to the W,” she reads, referring to the restaurant Chris manages.
“Who were you at the W with?” Ashley wonders, adding— “Not your wife!”
“Many a married man have tried me, and I felt like, he was tryin’ to see if I was with it,” Gizelle says. “He’s a sneaky link!”
“You want to say that my husband made you feel uncomfortable?” Candiace later asks Gizelle.
“100 percent,” Gizelle confirms.
Candiace does not take the accusation well—later informing her husband, “Gizelle is dead to me!”
“I didn’t do anything,” Chris insists.
Ashley Darby’s controversial marriage to Michael Darby continues to be a hot topic, despite the reality star’s April divorce announcement. The couple split in 2017, then got back together and had two children. Ashley surprises the women when she reveals that she’s buying a house with her supposed future ex-husband.
“This is not no damn divorce,” Karen notes.
”You don’t buy a house with a man you are divorcing,” Gizelle adds.
The season will follow Dr. Wendy as she continues to juggle a career as a businesswoman and political analyst. Candiace embarks on a journey to freeze her eggs amid a successful music career. Mia implies on social media that she has cancer, but a confusing update sparks lots of questions.
A feud develops between Mia and Dr. Wendy, and rumors swirl around Gizelle over her alleged romance with Peter Thomas, the ex of Real House Housewives of Atlanta alum, Cynthia Bailey.
