’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Yve Arellano’s Lawyer Labels Mohamed the ‘Amber Heard of Immigrants!’
An attorney repping 90 Day Fiancé star, Yvette “Yve” Arellano, dubbed Yve’s estranged husband, Mohamed Abdelhamed, the “Amber Heard of immigrants” in a shared TikTok video.
Kathleen Martinez, of Martinez Immigration, used the platform to speak out about the controversy surrounding the TLC couple.
On August 15, Yve, 48, was charged with one count of battery against a household member and one count of assault against a household member. The charges came after Mohamed, 28, landed in a cheating scandal after he was caught sending inappropriate text messages to another woman.
Martinez claimed that Mohamed “faked his way into the United States” and was “coached” into “falsely accusing [Arellano] of battery” so that he could obtain a U-visa.
A U-visa “is set aside for victims of certain crimes who have suffered mental or physical abuse and are helpful to law enforcement or government officials in the investigation or prosecution of criminal activity,” according to U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services.

Yve’s rep, Dominique Enchinton, denied the domestic abuse allegations, via a statement to In Touch.
“The domestic abuse allegations have been falsified by Mohamed. Mohamed and the woman he has been cheating on Yve with have discussed his options from the very beginning,” the Dominton Talent House representative told the outlet. “They specifically discussed a U-Visa and how Mohamed could qualify for this just in case Yve found out about his indiscretions.”
The statement continued—“The domestic abuse allegations are completely false and just a ploy to keep him in the US. Yve was not arrested on 8/15 or any other day. Yve has never been abusive toward Mohamed and just wants this chapter in her life to be done so she can move forward.”
Mohamed admitted to cheating during the TLC “Tell-All” special and in the police report, obtained by Page Six. The Egypt native told the Albuquerque, New Mexico police that he “endured emotional and physical abuse from Yvette.”
Yve later told the police officer that she was “scared and worried because she does not know what he is capable of doing.”
After she was hit with the abuse charges, Yve reportedly hired a “dream team” of lawyers to “help her put a stop to these wild allegations and shine light on the truth.”
“You know, it’s very shocking, raw, disappointing, saddening,” Yve said, of her husband’s behavior, during the Tell-All. “He chose to spend his time focused on starting other relationships and engaging in activity that a married man should not be engaging in. … I asked him if I could see his phone, and that happened and I saw inappropriate things. I saw pictures and calls, and put the pieces together.”
“I met a girl online,” Mohamed told cameras. “She was very nice, I thought we [were] friends … And then, things started to get bigger. Yve saw my phone. She saw the text messages, and that’s how Yve knew.”
