Shereé Whitfield Trends For Mishandling Her ‘She By Shereé’ Brand!
Shereé Whitfield is being roasted on Twitter for not walking her talk when it comes to building a brand that she’s endlessly plugged on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Shereé’s SHE by Shereé fashion line is expected to be featured in the finale episode, but the extra long wait has resulted in lots of blowback from skeptical fans.
Viewers have been throwing snarky zingers on social media in recent days, mocking the Bravo star’s lackluster business skills. Twitter users got especially creative after Sunday’s episode when describing Shereé’s never-ending quest to take the fashion world by storm.
One fan tweeted—“I done graduated high school, went to college, graduated college, started my career, went through two recessions, 3 global plagues and changed presidents thrice and still no she by Sheree. Pack it tf up.”
Another noted—“I’m just tired about hearing about She by Sheree for the past 15 years.”
A third viewer chimed in—“Hold on, wait a minute lol. My sister and I recently started watching #RHOA and we are halfway through the second season. You mean to tell me that She by Sheree doesn’t exist after all these years??”
One Twitter user snarked—“George Bush was president when Sheree first spoke about She by Sheree.”
Another added—“Right!! I was barely in puberty and in 5th grade when RHOA premiered. I’m grown with 2 degrees and still no She by Sheree available.”
A third wrote—“Shereé will have one foot in the grave and still be scrabbling to make She by Shereé happen. We’ve been hearing about this damn clothing line for 14 years. It can’t be THAT difficult to launch it. #RHOA“
Fans have watched the ups and downs of Shereé’s sluggish road to success since RHOA Season 2. Shereé’s first fashion show flopped, and fans later reported that there were no pieces up for sale after the Bravo star managed to put out a collection. In 2020, Shereé announced that her brand was up and running, releasing a video to promote her new focus on athleisure.
Shereé’s decision to not wear pieces from her own collection on the show also puzzled fans. Some accused the RHOA star of reality TV fakery, and others called out Shereé for not taking advantage of her time in the Bravo spotlight.
A viewer tweeted—“The way Shereé could’ve been promoting She by Shereé just by wearing the clothing on the show. She’s over here always promoting someone else sports wear #RHOA“
Another noted “We’re almost at the end of the season and Sheree still has nothing but a homepage for She By Sheree… she could’ve released products all season long! #RHOA is the best promo for her. Her non-brand brand is mentioned in every episode. The definition of hustling backwards.”
One fan begged—“put a label on something!!! We would take a She By Sheree dust buster at this point!
Another noted—“Outside of she by sheree she could’ve done athleisure, a fitness YouTube channel targeted to older women/ a fitness app, interior design work, blogging/lifestyle influencing ALL with free Bravo advertising. She’s an actual flop.”
One viewer pointed out—“She by Sheree is just for tv purposes and Sheree has no intentions of making it a real business. We are literally witnessing a rushed clothing line for a storyline… give it up. Go into interior design and fitness #RHOA“
A second added—“Shereé and the making of She by Shereé shows you how someone can be so afraid of failure that they’d procrastinate a business brand for 14 years. #RHOA“
