NeNe Leakes Gets Brazilian Butt Lift and Liposuction In Shared Plastic Surgery Video!
NeNe Leakes is taking fans and followers inside her plastic surgery experience.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum took to Instagram to announce that she had gone under the knife for a liposuction procedure and a “professional, mini Brazilian butt lift.”
NeNe, who recently announced an ambassadorship with Georgia Plastic Surgery and Reconstructive Surgery, is partnering with Dr. Okoro in a journey called “Perfectly Pretty You.”
NeNe explained that she was more comfortable with a “mini BBL” procedure than a traditional BBL.
“I’m only looking to fixing my problem areas,” NeNe said in her Instagram video.
She said—”So, we called in a ‘professional, mini BBL.’ And I love it. So, I’m gonna take you on this journey with me and Dr. Okoro to fix some of my problem areas and become perfectly you.”

The former Bravo star, who previously underwent a breast augmentation and nose job, allowed her followers inside the plastic surgery process, performed at Dr. Okoro’s office. While the entirety of the surgery was not captured, the doctor was filmed performing liposuction on the reality star inside an operating room.

NeNe revealed that she had undergone a medically necessary second nose job, during a 2016 appearance on Watch What Happens Live.
“Yes, I had my nose done again. Yes, I did,” she told host, Andy Cohen, at the time.
“Yes, because it was a real medical reason why I had to get it done again,” she continued. “My cartilage was growing in my nose and my tip was touching the top of my lip. The tip of my nose was touching my lip when I smiled.”
NeNe clarified that she only opts for surgical solutions when she feels they’re necessary.
“I always keep it very, very real. You can always ask me anything. I would never do my nose just for the purpose of doing my nose,” she said, during her WWHL appearance.
“It wasn’t just for doing my nose, it was because I didn’t love my nose and I wanted to do my nose to make it more beautiful for myself.”
