Kody Brown and his one legal wife, Robyn Brown, have financially snubbed Kody’s first and second wives, shutting the pair out of a new business venture.

The Sister Wives patriarch and his fourth wife launched Dabsark Entertainment, LLC on May 17, 2022, and only listed themselves as “members,” per a report by The Sun. Kody’s other wives, Meri Brown, 51, and Janelle Brown, 53, are not listed on the business.

When Robyn, 43, launched the now-defunct jewelry company, “My Sisterwife’s Closet,” the business license listed all four wives and Kody, 53, as members.

Kody’s third wife, Christine Brown, 50, left the Brown family in 2021. She announced her departure in November 2021, ahead of the airing of the last season of the long-running TLC show. The upcoming season will feature the final months of Kody and Christine’s spiritual marriage.

Christine Brown

The TLC preview trailer featured Christine packing up her things after making the decision to leave the marriage.

“I have decided to leave. I’m gonna leave Kody,” Christine said in a confessional spot.

She remarked—“I feel like to Kody, Robyn’s more important.”

“It’s been heartbreaking being your wife for years,” Christine told Kody, during an emotional exchange.

“I agreed to be a sister wife,” she later adds in a personal interview. “But I agreed to be an equal wife.”

Kody Brown

Kody and Christine spiritually wed in 1994 and share six children together, Mykelti, Aspyn, Ysabel, Paedon, Gwendlyn, and Truley.

Kody has been slammed for elevating Robyn as his favorite wife for years, but the prioritized relationship was confirmed during the COVID-19 pandemic. The show exposed Kody living full-time with Robyn and their five children, supposedly due to the group’s compliance with his rigid COVID requirements.

TLC featured Christine speaking out against Kody’s decision to spend most of his time with Robyn, last season.

“The best that I can give today is to just pretend. I don’t want to move onto the property, I want to move back to Utah,” the mom of six confessed, during a family meeting.

“Why would I want to live on the same [Coyote Pass] property with a dysfunctional marriage where right over there he’s got a fully-functioning marriage? Who would ever want to live like that?” she added.

Janelle Brown

Kody remains legally married to Robyn and shares only a friendship with Meri. He remains spiritually tied to Janelle, but many fans have speculated that their relationship is also headed for a fall.

“I don’t think you and I know how to be real about things with each other,” Kody told Janelle in the Season 17 trailer.

Janelle admitted in a confessional spot—“He’s no longer acting like my husband here. I’m not really sure we have a family anymore.”

Christine Brown

Fans know that the Browns purchased four plots of land, called Coyote Pass, in Flagstaff, Arizona in 2018. The clan paid $820k for the property. Christine recently signed over her parcel, which was valued at $300k, to Kody and Robyn for $10. The transaction reportedly took place on July 28, 2022.

Christine currently lives in a 3.490 square-foot duplex in Utah.

Season 17 of Sister Wives premieres on September 11 at 10 p.m. ET.
