‘Little People, Big World’ Fans Cheer Amy Roloff’s Husband Chris Marek on 60th Birthday & Diss Ex Matt!

Amy Roloff celebrated her husband, Chris Marek, on his 60th birthday, while seemingly shading her ex, Little People, Big World patriarch, Matt Roloff. 

Fans appeared to agree with Amy, with many followers praising Chris while side-eyeing Matt. 

Amy took to Instagram last week to mark her husband’s special day with a heartfelt tribute. Her words not only praised her new life partner but hinted at her past issues with her ex. 

“To say you changed my life is an understatement,” Amy wrote. “You let me be me and yet I continue to learn and grow within myself to continue to strive to be my best.”

“You’re my partner today and riding into the sunset. You’re my love and my friend,” she gushed. 

Amy made sure to thank Chris for “loving me just as I am.”

She ended her comments by sharing her wishes for “more” for her husband. 

The 57-year-old shared—“More of us, appreciating each other and moments being together, adventures, bird watching, riding the motorcycles, games, walks and discovering something new about ourselves and each other.”

“I celebrate you because you’re an awesome man and I’m happy you chose me and you’re a part of my life.”

Amy and Chris tied the knot nearly a year ago on Roloff Farms, the Hillsboro, Oregon property the TLC mom once shared with Matt and their four children. 

Fans chimed in with their own birthday wishes for Chris in the post’s comment section and mixed in a few jabs at Matt. 

One fan wrote—“Happy Birthday Chris! Thanks for coming into Amy’s life and giving her the life and love she deserves!”

Another viewer said— “To say you have brought beautiful, well earned AND deserved joy, light, love AND trust to Amy is an understatement.”

A follower chimed in—“You all enjoy each other! I just love you both! I just can’t stand the other two exes. They are really really dirty…Stop being around them!! Leave them in the wind! They are history!!!”

Matt and Amy announced that they were calling it quits in 2015, after a 30-year marriage. Matt was hit by cheating rumors after he admitted in his book, “Against Tall Odds,” that he and Amy did not view the concept of  “commitment” in the same way. Matt is currently in a relationship with former farm manager, Caryn Chandler. 

“While Amy puts commitment at or near the top of her list, I would put it further down,” he wrote. “Amy tends to be more of a committed-to-a-fault kind of person, while I see most commitments — with some very notable exceptions — as flexible and negotiable.”

Amy spoke about the alleged timeline of Matt’s involvement with Caryn in a May 2020 Facebook Live video. She admitted to suspecting that the relationship began while she and Matt were still married.
