Marlo Hampton Reunites With Nephews After Abandoning Them!
Marlo Hampton reunited with her nephews, Michael and William, recently on a fun road trip!
Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Marlo Hampton, has been facing a lot of backlash from viewers for kicking out her nephews because of their behavior. So, Marlo took to her Instagram recently and shared that she had gone on a roadtrip to spend quality time with her nephews. The Bravo star posted a clip of the three of them looking happy together. Marlo captioned it, “the boys and I took a little road trip last week to just zen out before back to school praying for good behavior & report cards, no pink slips, assignments turned in on time, and positive attitudes from my boys this semester.”

In the clip Hampton, sang with William, 13, and Michael, 14, as they enjoyed food and the trip together. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star has been taking care of her sister’s children for three years since she was sent to prison. Marlo was bashed by fans for sending them away to her other sister who already has four kids to take care of and lives in a two-bedroom apartment. Hampton sent them away for 30 days in order to get a break from them. At the time, she thought she was failing them because they had become spoiled and lazy.
Some RHOA fans praised the reality star’s effort to spend time with her nephews in the comment section. One fan said, “I’m happy to see the boys back with you!” Another fan in Marlo’s comment section added, “Kids aren’t items to return and purchase when you feel like it. If you’re going to commit, do so fully. You should know better being the foster kid that you like to throw out all the damn time!”
In May, Marlo told Insider that her nephews have impacted how she acts on the Bravo reality series. She said being an aunt and mom to her nephews is amazing even though it has its ups and downs. Hampton also said she acts differently on screen because she has to think of them. “When I’m with the girls, I’m like, ‘Oh, I would probably pop Kenya right in her lip,'” she continued. “It’s like, ‘Nah uh uh you got Michael and William. Can’t pop her in her lip.’ But they just make you think before you react on a lot of things.”
