Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s Daughter Ariana Arrested on Suspicion of DUI with High School Boyfriend!

Ariana Biermann, the 20-year-old daughter of “Don’t Be Tardy” alum, Kim Zolciak-Biermann, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, over the weekend.

Public records confirm that Ariana was booked at Forsyth County Jail early Saturday morning, after she was arrested alongside her on-again off-again  boyfriend, Hudson McLeroy, at 1 am., on Saturday. She was later released on a $5,120 bond.

Ariana was charged with three misdemeanors—driving under the influence of alcohol, improper/erratic lane change and underage possession/purchase of alcohol.

McLeroy was also arrested for allegedly driving under the influence. The 20-year-old was also charged with violating the conditions of his limited driving permit and allegedly giving alcohol to a minor.

Hawkins Spizman law firm attorney, Justin Spizman, spoke to People about the incident.

“Ariana was involved in a minor fender bender. When police arrived on scene, the investigating officer immediately initiated an investigation for DUI. Despite Ariana’s constant invocation that she was upset and anxious from the minor accident, the officer incorrectly concluded she was impaired by alcohol,” the lawyer told the outlet. “That was not the case. She wholly denies these allegations and intends to fight these charges because she is not guilty of them.”

Ariana and McLeroy first began dating in high school. They attended their homecoming dance in 2018, just ahead of reality TV teen’s 17th birthday. Kim Zolciak-Biermann weighed in on the romance after Ariana posted a couple pic on social media. 

“Where does the time go??” the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum wrote in the post’s comment section. “My angel @arianabiermann is headed to Homecoming with @hudson.mcleroy. Are they not the cutest!!?! They are only a few hours apart and will both turn 17 this week!!”

Fans have been wondering about the couple’s relationship status ever since Ariana posted a snap of a herself kissing someone in dark silhouette form, last month. 

“Glimpse of us,” Arianna captioned the photo. 

“Get the hell home! Miss you guys,” Kim commented on the pic. 

Kim is also mom to Ariana’s older sister, Brielle Biermann, 25. She shares four children with former NFL star, Kroy Biermann, Kroy, 10, Kash, and twins, Kaia and Kane, 8. 

Ariana spoke to E! News in November 2020 about a new relationship. Ariana and a young man named Aaron Scott went Instagram official in July 2020. 

“We are doing amazing. He is honestly one of the most incredible people that I’ve ever met. And just like my best friend,” Ariana  gushed, at the time. “He gets along very well with my family, which makes me really happy and he is a very driven, motivated person, which helps me motivate myself as well.”

“We just better each other in every aspect and it’s just honestly such an amazing experience and I’m so happy right now with my life, and just everything it’s going amazing,” she added.
