Wendy Williams Is NOT Married To A Cop Named Henry Despite Reports!

Wendy Williams is not married despite a breaking news report shared late Tuesday night.

According to Hollywood Unlocked founder Jason Lee, the former daytime talk show host claimed that she secretly wed a NYC police officer named Henry, but her rep has since denied the claim.

“That’s inaccurate,” William Selby tells Page Six. “She is excited about a new relationship and probably got carried away in conversation.”

When asked if Wendy’s new man is actually a police officer, her rep says, “Wendy doesn’t wish to disclose details at the moment.”

Jason Lee recounted a phone call with Wendy Williams, 58, who told him she was flying to Los Angeles later this week but also had some other bombshell news.

“She says, ‘I’m married.’ I’m like, ‘What?’ She’s like, ‘I got married,’” the podcast host recalled of their back-and-forth.

“I’m like, ‘You got married when?’ And she’s like, ‘I got married last week.’”

Back in 2019, a rumor circulated that Wendy was dating a former cop and criminal justice expert named Dr. Darrin Porcher; however, but he later denied the relationship.

“It’s flattering to hear, but it’s not the case,” he told us. “I’m in a relationship. I just worked security for her for a couple of weeks after she filed for divorce [from Kevin Hunter].”

The gossip outlet also claims Wendy Williams said that she ordered her publicist to keep her “entire family away from [her] except for [her] son for at least a year” and that her American Express credit card no longer works because her finances remain under Wells Fargo’s control.

As previously reported, Wells Fargo froze Williams’ bank accounts after her former financial manager, Lori Schiller, recommended a court-appointed guardian because Wendy appeared to be suffering from dementia.

In May, a New York judge appointed a guardian over Williams’ finances until July. A temporary guardian had been in place since March, when the judge agreed with Wells Fargo that one was necessary while the case is pending.

On a brighter note, Wendy Williams is gearing up to launch a podcast titled, The Wendy Experience.

“I’ve got enough money to do something else, and what I’ve never done — podcast,” she told TMZ in June. “Which, by the way, podcasts, everyone has. But when you’re famous, podcasts will make more money for me, being famous, than doing The Wendy Williams Show.”
