‘RHOBH’ Star Erika Jayne Backpedals On ‘Liability’ Comment About Sutton Stracke!
Erika Jayne has come out to talk about her recent comment about Sutton Stracke being a liability.
In a recent episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, while Garcelle Beauvais was chatting with Erika, she got some advice from her co-star that rubbed viewers the wrong way. While the duo were talking about Sutton, Erika pointed out to Garcelle that they shouldn’t trust her because she is a liability. She said, “I’m glad you have Sheree because Sutton is a liability for you.” Many who watched the episode thought that Erika was out of line to say that with all her unresolved legal drama. Erika has been entangled in her ex, Tom Girardi’s legal battles for a while now.
After Bravo fans came out to slam Erika for her comment against Sutton, she cleared things up and explained what she really meant by saying “liability.” The ‘Pretty Mess’ author spoke during The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills: After Show and said she just wanted Garcelle to stop cleaning up Sutton’s mistakes for her. “Garcelle’s a loyal friend, no doubt, but she rushes in to either smooth things over or fight Sutton’s battle or stand in for her and say, ‘No, that’s not what she meant.’ It’s like, girl, I want to get to know you. I want to have fun with you but not at the expense of you rushing to Sutton’s f-cking rescue.”
Garcelle, on her end, didn’t agree with Erika’s point of view and defended her friend. “A liability? I mean come on!” she went on, “That was shocking to me because a liability? What? My own reputation is going to go away because I’m friends with Sutton? It didn’t make any sense. I didn’t know where that was coming from, and if there’s a liability in the group, it is certainly not Sutton to me.” During the episode, Garcelle didn’t understand why Erika had such a view of their co-star since Sutton and Jayne had just started getting along after their Mexico trip.
Garcelle told the cameras in a confessional, “The bottom line is Erika is a liability walking around every day. Is there a more scandalous woman than Erika Jayne?” Bravo fans responded to Erika’s explanation and one person said, “The only liability is erika, of course. She is moving really shady with her badmouthing sutton so diana joins their mean girl group. We need to boycott the show until rinna and erika are gone. Them at a minimum!”
