Lisa Vanderpump Reacts to Being Named ‘Ultimate Queen’ of ‘RHOBH’ In Twitter Poll Landslide Win!
Lisa Vanderpump just came out on top of a Twitter poll that asked viewers who they would dub the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills “ultimate queen.”
The Bravo alum, who soundly defeated Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, and Garcelle Beauvais in the popularity poll, admitted that she was pleased with the results.
Lisa, who left the show after her friendship with Kyle crashed and burned, spoke up about the landslide victory, tweeting—“Aaagh I can’t say I don’t like it…”
Kyle came in second to Lisa’s impressive 58% win, with 26% of the vote. Garcelle Beauvais brought in 14% and Lisa Rinna only inspired 2% of the vote.
A fan begged Lisa to return to the series, tweeting—“On behalf of [RHOBH] fans everywhere, please come back.”
“Nooooooo…..tooo mean spirited,” Lisa tweeted back.
Lisa spoke to ET about a potential comeback during the Schwartz & Sandy’s Opening Party Hosted by DailyMail.com and TMX in Los Angeles, last week.
“I don’t think so,” Lisa said when asked about coming back to the show, to film alongside Garcelle.
“I love Garcelle,” she noted about the popular RHOBH star, who joined the cast for Season 10.
Garcelle and Lisa connected through Garcelle’s son, Oliver.
“I mean, Garcelle came to me when we were having this fundraiser for Haiti, and she said, ‘Could you give my son a job?’ To me, that’s always something I don’t want to hear,” Lisa explained. “I didn’t know Garcelle very well and I said, ‘Well, what does he do?’ [She said] he wants work in the restaurant business. And so then, I said, ‘Where does he live?’ and she said, ‘Vegas,’ and I thought, ‘OK, that’s easier for me because I’m not so directly involved on a day-to-day basis.'”
Lisa shared that Oliver had been a great asset to her Vanderpump Vegas team.
“He’s turned out to be a gift,” she said. “He’s been great and so I put him in the space of my restaurant, you know, in Caesars Palace, and he has moved to Paris [Las Vegas]. And he’s great. I like it very much.”
Lisa confirmed that she doesn’t speak to Garcelle about the show.
“Oh, we don’t talk about it,” the RHOBH alum said.
She added—“I think it’s kind of simpler that way. I don’t want her to be in a position of, ‘Oh, Lisa said this.’ So no, we actually don’t talk about it.”
Fans watched the cast react after Garcelle announced that Oliver had landed a job with the restauranteur. Lisa confirmed that she hadn’t seen the episode or any of the women since she left the show.
“I haven’t seen it,” Lisa said about the scene. “I haven’t seen the show since I left. But that’s a good thing for me. I had nine and a half years, and a few of those years were pretty tricky.”
She added that she didn’t understand why she was still such a hot topic amongst the ladies.
“I really don’t know why they just don’t leave it alone,” she remarked.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Wednesdays at 8 pm, ET, on Bravo.
