’90 Day Fiancé’ Alum Larissa Lima Opens Up About ‘Botched’ Plastic Surgery and Lost Belly Button!
90 Day Fiancé alum, Larissa Dos Santos Lima, is speaking out about a “botched” plastic surgery procedure, after advocating for the practice for years.
“Today, I would like to take the first step in slowly opening up about a plastic surgery procedure I received that is botched,” Larissa captioned an Instagram pic, which revealed the former TLC star in a hospital bed, attached to an IV.
She added—“Like so many other people in this situation, I’ve been scared and embarrassed to speak out. It’s been over a year now since I’ve been botched. I did not want to speak of this before, but I’m tired of being silent in my sadness with no where to go to fix the problem.”
The 39-year-old later posted snaps of her stomach post-abdominoplasty, the technical name for a tummy tuck.
“First botched procedure: My belly button. When I got abdominoplasty, My belly button was removed and disposed without my consent,” she alleged on Saturday. “I did 3 very painful revisions to create a belly button. Unfortunately, it was never fixed.”

Larissa appeared on 90 Day Fiancé during Season 6. She tied the knot with Colt Johnson in June 2018. The couple split in April 2019, after TLC chronicled their tumultuous relationship. Larissa later joined the cast of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After alongside her intermittent boyfriend, Eric Nichols. She was fired from the show in 2020, after she appeared on an adult live-streaming platform, in an internet lingerie show with CamSoda.
In September 2020, the reality star confirmed that she was fired by the network after participating in an adult entertainment webcam show for CamSoda’s live-streaming platform.
“Dear Friends and Followers, I want to make a statement for you, I’m no longer a cast member of the show ‘90 Day Fiancé,’” the Brazil native wrote in an Instagram post captioned “This is my final statement” on Saturday, September 26, 2020. “Because of my show with CamSoda, I was released from my contract with TLC by phone the day before ICE arrested me. I will continue producing content for my official channels on Instagram, OnlyFans and Youtube. Thanks for your understanding, love and attention.”
On September 14, 2020, Larissa did a raunchy Livestream on CamSoda where the TLC star debuted her new face and body after undergoing a reported $72,000 in cosmetic surgery.
The current cycle of 90 Day Fiancé airs Sundays at 8 pm, ET, on TLC.
