RHOBH’s Crystal Kung Minkoff Explains Losing 14 Friends!
Crystal Kung Minkoff finally responds to Sutton Stracke’s claims that she lost 14 of her close friends.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star explained the issue to her fans on her Instagram Stories saying, “Actually it was only 3 people, the rest came back and apologized.” Crystal went on to explain what happened in her friend group and why she thinks they had a falling out. “Success affects people in different ways. It affected people around you too. Some can’t handle it. Some can’t handle it, some celebrate it. Don’t let your success stop you from achieving your goals.”
Crystal finished her post by telling her fans they shouldn’t let others convince them they don’t deserve their success, but if they do, “they were never your friends to begin with.” Bravo fans commented about the issue on @therealhousewiveszone’s Instagram page and they had different opinions on the reality star’s response. One fan said, “So 11 people came back and apologized for what? Sounds like she’s doing that word game thing she likes to do.” Another fan said, “Oh sweetie they didn’t dump you because of your success! If it helps you sleep, go with it.”
A third fan commented, “Lol the success of just letting people film your life? all for it but I wouldn’t call that success!” Two T’s in a Pod host, Tamra Judge, also spoke on Crystal’s falling out with her 14 friends. She said some of them tried to reach out to her in her DMs. “The people that are in that friend group tried to give me information that I did not want because I do think there’s two sides to every story… In every friend group do people gossip about each other? Yes!”
Judge said she thinks like many friend groups, Crystal must have, “Said something to someone and that person then outed her to the rest of the friend group.” On season 12 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Lisa Rinna also echoed the same rumors. Lisa said in a confessional, “Crystal has told me that she had a falling out with like 14 of her friends. I mean, it’s a lot to be dropped by 14 friends. I don’t even have f****** 14 friends.” During one of the RHOBH episodes, Sutton Stracke called out Crystal, saying her former friends alleged that she tries to become close with the most powerful person in the group.
