Brandi Slammed For ‘Weaponizing’ Taylor Armstrong’s Ex’s Death!

After a recent episode of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Ex-Wives Club, fans are coming after Brandi Glanville for weaponizing Taylor Armstrong’s ex during an argument. On Wednesday’s episode of the Real Housewives spin-off, Brandi and Taylor were arguing about how successful The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was before Brandi joined the show. Brandi said during the group dinner, “Were you successful? Because your husband…” but the audio quickly cut off before she could finish. 

Brandi’s comment didn’t sit well with a lot of the viewers who were watching the show. This is because Taylor’s husband committed suicide in August 2011 after their marital problems played out on several seasons of RHOBH. Two months prior to his death, Taylor had filed for divorce after alleging the former businessman was abusive towards her. However, Phaedra Parks wasn’t shocked by her co-star’s comments. She said, “Anyone throwing a rock at Brandi should expect five bullets to come back.”

Taylor and Rusell have a daughter together, 16-year-old Kennedy Armstrong. Taylor got married to John Bluher in 2014. John proposed to Taylor in August while they were on a trip to Mexico. After they got married, John began the process of adopting Kennedy into his family. Several of Taylor’s co-stars also came after Brandi during their confessionals for her harsh comments. Vicki Gunvalson said, “Brandi just went too low,” while Tamra Judge said, “Now she’s just throwing shit!” Eva Marcille also said it was the most disgusting thing Glanville could have said. While Dorinda Medley said Brandi was weaponizing death.

Back at the ladies’ table, Medley asked Brandi why she spoke about Taylor’s ex, and Brandi answered, “Because she came after me!” Taylor Armstrong, however, insisted that she was not coming at the  RHUGT2 co-star. Instead, she was just trying to illustrate how her on-screen adversary negatively impacted the Beverly Hills dynamic back in the day.

Bravo fans also slammed Brandi for being too mean by mentioning Taylor’s ex. One fan tweeted, “Brandi Glanville is really shitty actually I don’t know why anyone stands up for her. Taylor was the victim all those seasons ago of her husbands and of Brandi’s cruel actions. How was Brandi some how the victim when Taylor was dealing with domestic abuse?”
