Signs That Little People’s Matt Roloff Is Confused & ‘Losing It’ Amid Farm Drama!
Little People, Big World fans expressed concern about Matt Roloff, after the TLC patriarch went on a muddled social media rant.
Fans know that the season kicked off after Matt rejected an offer from his son, Zach Roloff, for a portion of Roloff Farms.
Matt, 60, has not yet sold the segment of the property he put on the open market, last month.
The TLC dad posted a series of snaps on Instagram, sharing images captured during a visit with longtime family friends.
“After 2 weeks in Arizona visiting my folks, Caryn’s [Chandler] folks and having kids and grands down to enjoy the warmth… We come back to the farm to have these dear friends of 30+ years come out from Texas to hang with us for a few days,” Matt captioned the post.
One follower tweaked Matt’s narrative before offering some advice in the comment section, writing—”So when you say dear friends of 30+ years, you mean friends of you and Amy. Hope you’re getting a prenup, Matt.”
The comment evidently struck a nerve with Matt, who posted a follow-up photo, firing back in the caption—“Negative people please go away gracefully… you don’t possess adequate discernment to speak your inadequate mumble jumbo.”
He added—“But we will respond to the fools for fun if you are over 55 and mature and to qualify.”
His comments left fans confused over what the father of four was trying to communicate.
One user asked—”Did he just pick a bunch of random words out of a hat and try to create a sentence out of them? Cause this s**t doesn’t make any sense.”
Another pointed out—”The ridiculous irony of Matt lambasting people’s ‘inadequate mumble jumbo’ while writing a nearly incoherent caption is… something.”
One fan put Matt on blast writing—”This isn’t ‘mumbo jumbo’ Matt. You failed your family. You were a horrible husband and father. If I were Amy, I would have left you long before she did. Time to hang it up.”
Another person simply asked—”Is Matt okay?”
Matt has come under fire in recent weeks, amid his ongoing feud with his twin sons, Jeremy and Zach, 32. The brothers both failed to make individual financial deals with their father for portions of the massive 106-acre farm.
Matt put a 16-acre section of the property up for sale for a whopping $4 million, on May 12. The property includes the main house, which was featured for years on LPBW. The five-bed, six-bath farmhouse boasts a front porch, six-car garage, and an in-ground pool.
The listing also includes the farm’s pirate ship, medieval castle, trails, bridges, and the famous red barn.
Matt’s ex, Amy Roloff, addressed the drama in an interview with In Touch, earlier this month.
“I don’t know a lot of the details of the negotiation that went on between Zach and Matt,” Amy told the outlet. “Matt is still the father, still ‘the adult.’ I don’t care how old your kids are, sometimes there are things they may need to learn, but you know as an adult, as a father, you may have to take the higher road.”
“I mean that’s tough,” she added. “We’ve heard over time, this is going to be part of the family, this is their legacy and all this other stuff, and now to see the end result with a for sale sign.”
