‘RHOM’ Star Lisa Hochstein Accuses Ex Lenny Of Abusing Her In Front Of Their Kids!
Real Housewives of Miami star, Lisa Hochstein, accuses her ex of being violent with her in front of their children!
In documents obtained by The Sun, the Bravo star claimed that she was forced to run away from her $54 million dollar mansion with her children. Lisa says in the docs that Lenny berates and threatens her in front of their children. The Real Housewives star is now asking for exclusive use and possession of their marital home.
Lisa Hochstein is also demanding that Lenny’s current girlfriend be kept away from her children for their own safety. The documents state, “The husband’s presumed girlfriend, upon information and belief, has acted and continues to act in a manner that would be seen as injurious to the minor children, should she have any contact or access to the minor children at this time.”
To assist the couple, Lisa is asking the court to temporarily establish a parenting plan issuing safeguards and parameters for exclusive possession of the marital residence. She is also asking Lenny to pay for her attorney fees. Though Lenny is accusing Lisa of not following up with their prenup. According to Lenny, Lisa agreed she would vacate their home if one of them filed for divorce. The prenup stated, “vacate the Marital Home then occupied by the parties within thirty (30) days of such filing.”
In the divorce documents, Lenny alleged ‘The Wife has indicated she currently does not intend to vacate the Marital Home.” So Lenny asked the courts to enter an order that would set a date for the wife to vacate the residence in accordance with their prenuptial agreement.
Lenny filed for divorce from his Real Housewives of Miami wife on May 20, in Florida. In the divorce documents, Lenny claims the reason for his divorce are, “irreconcilable differences have arisen between the parties to the extent that their marriage is irretrievably broken and there is no present hope for a meaningful reconciliation.”
Lisa also claimed in the documents that despite her ex moving on, she has remained loyal to Lenny even though he filed for divorce unannounced and without her knowledge. Lisa and Lenny share two children, Elle, 2, and Logan 6. Lenny is dating Austrian model Katharina Mazepa and spoke about his new relationship to Page Six. “It was after the decision was made that I started seeing Katharina. This is something that Lisa was well aware of before it happened.”
