Diana Jenkins apologized last week after calling out a Bravo fan. She apologized to user @philly.diva for telling her it must suck to be a black content creator. She posted on Instagram, “Please understand i am not from this country @philly.diva so deeply sorry. I’m devastated that this was taken to mean something racially insensitive. I understand now why it was taken that way and that was never my intention. I am truly sorry.”

According to Radar Online, this isn’t the first racist incident that Jenkins has been involved in. Per the news outlet, Diana was sued in 2020 by Whatsapp founder Jan Koum for cutting down his trees illegally. The documents claim Jenkins was accused of trespassing, negligence, and violating the common-law right to privacy.

It all started when the Bravo star hired gardeners to garden her Malibu house. At the time, Jan was Diana’s neighbor and she asked him if he wanted the gardeners to clean up their mess if it had gone to his property. According to the documents, the gardeners went ahead to cut Koum’s trees as instructed by Jenkins so that she can get a better view of the ocean.

Things got bad for Jenkins when Koum sends his security guard Kenneth Nelson to talk to the RHOBH star. According to the reports, “Jenkins immediately launched into a tirade, claiming that she had just paid $10,000 to have those hedges trimmed. Not only that, but Jenkins again rebuffed Agent Nelson and said that she would not let them stop.” She also insisted that if Agent Nelson, an African-American male, refused to comply with her demands, she was going to call the police on him because “you are in violation of the code.”

The court documents also claim that when the police came, Jenkins became enraged and falsely asserted that she was “being harassed for being a woman.” She also threatened to file bogus criminal charges against Kuom’s employees, even though they had done nothing but ask Jenkins why she was cutting down trees on the Malibu property without permission.

Jenkins also claimed to police that she was “approached by four armed men who screamed at her and told her to stop cutting down the trees or they would call the police.”
