Garcelle Beauvais Is Suspicious Of Erika Jayne’s Motives About Speaking Out!

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Garcelle Beauvais, is not taking Erika Jayne’s newfound chattiness lightly. Garcelle, 55, believes Erika is talking a lot to distract from her legal battles that are tied to her ex, Tom Girardi. Garcelle said this in a sneak peek of next week’s episode of RHOBH. She comes to this conclusion after hearing Sutton Stracke’s conversation with Erika. 

Sutton Stracke, 50, told Garcelle and Crystal Kung Minkoff, 39, that she had an interesting chat with Erika Jayne. Sutton said, “Erika is being so talkative. She just won’t shut up!” She goes on to add, “There is an air of like…” before Garcelle finishes her sentence with “nothing happened.” The Bravo star has noticed that Erika hasn’t been talking about how her court cases are going.  

Garcelle mimicked the “Xxpen$ive” singer, saying, Now I’m on meds and I’m having a good time!” before saying that nothing has been settled with her legal battles. During a confessional, Garcelle explains what she thinks is really going on behind Erika opening up to her RHOBH co-stars. “I think Erika is just tired of talking about herself,” Garcelle said. “So I feel like a lot of what she’s doing now is distracting so that we don’t ask her questions.” She continued, “Nobody’s talking about it – none of the ladies. They’re like, ‘We’re happy to drop it. Let’s move on.’”

Sutton and Erika had spoken about many things including her current legal woes. Sutton had confided in Erika that she wanted to get out of her ex husband’s thumb. Which prompted Erika to compare Sutton’s  situation to hers. Erika said, “That’s like if I were to look at my lawsuits, and I was gonna say, ‘Am I ever gonna get out from underneath that?’ And I said, ’Never.’ At the end of the day, it’s not mine to have to f–king… I didn’t do it.”

Sutton also asked Erika if she felt any guilt towards Tom’s victims, and she said no. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star noted, “No. Does a doctor’s wife feel responsibility for his patients?” Tom Girardi was disbarred from practicing law after several of his clients accused him of embezzling their settlement money. Throughout her ex’s legal battles, Erika Jayne has maintained that she had no knowledge of how he was getting the money to spend on their lavish lifestyle.
