The Family Chantel: Chantel Calls Pedro A LIAR!
Chantel Everett is now calling out her husband, Pedro Jimeno, for lying about what she contributes to their relationship.
On Monday’s episode of The Family Chantel, Pedro reveals how well he is doing in his new real estate career. Despite his newfound love for his job, his career path is causing tension with his wife, Chantel. Pedro, 30, said in a confessional that he tries to include his wife in his after-work activities but she doesn’t want to join him.
According to Pedro, “Most of the time, I invite her [and] she say the same thing all the time, ‘I don’t like them, I don’t like spending time with them.” Not only that, but while visiting his mom, Pedro complained about Chantel not taking care of their house. He said she never cleans the house and all the household responsibilities fall to him.
When Pedro said this, Chantel took to her Instagram to set things straight. She called out her husband for being a liar. Chantel posted a reel of her making dinner for her man and captioned it, “Cooking after a 12 hour shift at the hospital for a man who doesn’t come home.” Before this reel, Chantel had posted another video of herself working outside the house. “Outside doing yard work blowing leaves around like I’m somebody’s servant.”
Chantel opened up about the marital problems she and Pedro have been facing. “I felt Pedro pulling away from me before he got his new job. But since he’s gotten his new job, like, the affection has really stopped, altogether.” Chantel admitted that the issue was deeper than his gaming habit. She added, “It’s not about the game. It’s about him and why he doesn’t want to spend quality time with me.”
The next episode’s teaser of The Family Chantel shows Chantel going after Pedro for his unwillingness to contribute to their household. “I’ve been cleaning your dirty drawers, picking up after you for about two weeks,” she lectures him. “And I haven’t seen any change of positive feedback from you. I don’t know why you’re so mean.” Chantel also deleted any traces of Pedro on her page.
Fans are having mixed feelings about Pedro and Chantel’s latest drama. In response to the latest episode, one fan tweeted, “What are the fights about Pedro? I know you are not cleaning all alone, if anything, she’s cleaning because I don’t see you at home. Chantel probably failed her class the first time because she was babysitting you.”
