Ex of Gina Kirschenheiter’s Boyfriend Says She Wants Him To Be Close With Their Kids!
The ex of Real Housewives of Orange County star, Gina Kirschenheiter’s boyfriend, Travis Mullen, is now claiming that she wants him to have a relationship with their three children.
Meghan Mullen and Travis share three children, Presley, 10, Bennett, 8, and Joseph, 6. According to Radar Online, Meghan filed documents to resolve their custody battle but wants recommendations from the courts on how to move forward in a productive way so that their kids feel safe and secure. Travis recently filed for an emergency police investigation after he claimed Meghan was keeping the kids from him.
Travis alleges that the last time he saw his kids was May 8. His estranged ex had claimed their children didn’t want to be at Travis’ house because of the fighting between him and Gina. According to Meghan, one of their kids saw the RHOC star push Travis down the stairs. Despite that, she still wants her children to maintain a healthy relationship with their father.
The court documents read, “I have always encouraged our children to visit with Petitioner and continue to do so. I have not unilaterally withheld the children from Petitioner as he claims. I think it is important that our children have a relationship with their father.” Meghan continued, “our children are refusing to visit with him on their own accord.”
Travis’ ex asked the courts to intervene in their situation for the sake of their kids. “I ask that before the court make any change in the current orders that the court hears from minor’s counsel to determine the best course of action for our children going forward.” Meghan also claimed that the kids see Gina fall asleep with an empty bottle of wine beside her.
Travis’ ex added in earlier court documents that she is concerned about Gina’s behavior and drinking. “She received a DUI in 2019 where she lost her driver’s license. The kids tell me that sometimes when they wake up in the morning, she will be asleep with an empty bottle of wine and glass next to her.”
In 2017, Travis filed to dissolve his marriage and also accused Meghan of assaulting him. Per Travis’ investigation filing, he said, “I raise this issue because May 11, 2022, was Gina’s birthday, and I had planned to celebrate with our children on my parenting time,” but Meghan said the kids didn’t want to go to his house.
