Gina Kirschenheiter Accused Of Throwing Ex Boyfriend Down A Staircase While Her Kids Watched!
Gina Kirschenheiter is defending herself against claims that she abused Travis Mullen in front of his children.
According to Radar Online, Travis’ estranged wife, Meghan Mullen, filed a response to his request for an emergency investigation. Travis had accused her of keeping the kids away from him but Meghan insisted their oldest daughter witnessed a domestic violence incident between Gina and Travis. A source close to the Bravo star denied the claims adding she would never do something like that to Travis.
According to documents filed on May 18, Meghan isn’t against Mullen’s emergency investigation request, in fact, she welcomes it. “It is warranted based on the concerns I have for the health, safety, and welfare of Petitioner and l’s three children,” adding an investigation “is needed as our children may be living in a home where they are witnessing domestic violence.” The papers also detail what their eldest daughter saw.
“According to our children, around April there was a physical altercation between Travis and his girlfriend Gina.” Meghan said that she partially saw them fight after hearing loud noises at night from her room. She alleged that the two were fighting about Gina’s drinking habits before things became violent. “Their daughter witnessed Gina push Travis down the stairs, banging head on the wall, an [sic] throwing hairs and pictures off the wall.”
Meghan told her children that the next time something like that should happen, they are to call her or the police. Travis’ ex also claimed that she bought her three children’s phones but “phones are not allowed in his home.” According to Meghan, “All three children have expressed to me that they are not allowed to call me during his visits.” She also said the kids are the ones who refuse to go to their father’s house and become hysterical.
Meghan made more allegations against Gina in the court documents. “The kids tell me that sometimes when they wake up in the morning, she will be asleep with an empty bottle of wine and glass next to her.” She also brought up her concerns about Gina’s past behavior with drinking including a DUI. Meghan added that her children are always in constant fear and walking on eggshells while at their father’s house.
Meghan alleged, “the kids shared that often Travis will lock himself in his room with Gina and they are left alone to entertain themselves on an iPad. Travis’ ex insists that he and Gina are not taking care of the children when they are with them.
