The home that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Erika Jayne, once shared with Tom Girardi, remains unsold, and one of the disgraced lawyer’s creditors wants the 10,277 square-foot Pasadena mansion on the auction block.

Court documents obtained by Radar Online reveal that Arsani Sidarous has requested that the court move to auction off the 4-bedroom, 9-bathroom house.

Former clients and business partners forced Tom into a Chapter 7 bankruptcy back in December 2020, accusing the disgraced lawyer of using settlement funds to support an opulent lifestyle and Erika’s pop star career. Tom’s alleged victims have all made similar claims — that the attorney was awarded settlement funds after winning various lawsuits—but then made excuses to avoid turning over the total payouts. Many of the alleged victims are now going after Erika because they believe that she raked in cash funneled from Tom’s law firm, Girardi Keese.

Tom’s alleged victims include orphans and widows who lost family members in a plane crash and a gas explosion burn victim. The court named a trustee to take over and sell off Tom’s property and assets, in order to pay off his creditors.

The home he shared with the Bravo star stands as one of Tom’s most valuable assets. The house originally hit the market in May 2021 for $13 million. The price was cut to $11.5 million in June, slashed again to $9.9 million, and reduced again to $8.9 million. The property is currently listed at $7.98 million.

Sidarous filed a motion that stated that the house has liens totaling $23 million, noting that the trustee had not been able to sell the property since taking control, in January 2021. Sidarous pointed out that the sale of the home would provide a substantial amount of cash that could pay down Tom’s debt, including the $3.2 million owed to him. A judge has not yet ruled on the motion.

In February, the Bravo star’s lawyer filed a proof of claim linked to the bankruptcy, in which Erika reiterated that she had nothing to do with the once famed attorney’s misdeeds.

“[Erika] should not be liable for and has complete defenses to such third party claims, as they are based on the actions of [Tom Girardi] and others, in which [Erika] had no part,” Erika’s lawyer stated, at the time.

In April, the reality star was slammed by a new set of accusations levied by a Chicago law firm. The federal lawsuit accused the reality star of serving as a “frontwoman” for a “criminal enterprise,” per a Chicago Sun-Times report.

A draft of the racketeering lawsuit filed by Edelson PC claimed that Tom’s law firm “was little more than a criminal enterprise, disguised as a law firm.”

The draft alleged that Erika acted as a “frontwoman” who put out a narrative of her husband’s firm’s success to a worldwide audience.

“And she was exceptionally good in the role,” the document claimed. “With tens of millions of dollars backing her, Erika shamelessly displayed a nationwide showroom of the money they stole on Real Housewives, famously spending $40,000 per month on her ‘look,’ and releasing a song called ‘XXPEN$IVE’ —featuring the refrain ‘It’s expensive to be me.’”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Wednesdays at 8 pm, ET, on Bravo.
